Studio Loft Condominium #348 offers:
âą 800 square feet with two sleeping zones, two bathrooms and an open living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio condo.
âą Downstairs is a dining area, kitchenette, bathroom and living space with mountain views.
âą The living space has a wraparound sofa with a sleeper, oversized club chair, coffee table, television and DVD player, and portable air-conditioning unit.
âą Upstairs is a queen bedroom, and in the open loft area, a queen bed sleeping zone (no partition or door for privacy). There is also a second full bathroom.
âą The upgraded kitchenette is upgraded with stone counters, stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils and a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and stove top. There is no oven.
âą There are two private bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. The lower-level bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.
âą The Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.
Escape to this two-story newly upgraded Studio Loft where you can be immediately on the slopes or immediately on the trails! Located on the slopes that were home to the 1960 Winter Games, world-class terrain is at your doorstep.
This two-story upgraded Studio Loft condominium at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property offers incredible convenience and access to the mountain, whether you are enjoying any of the 42 chairlifts in the winter or miles of hiking terrain in the summer.
The refreshed space has a modern tile floor in the kitchenette area, which features stone countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and two-burner stovetop, youâll be able to whip up your culinary favorites in this home-away-from-home! There is no oven.
Adjacent to the kitchenette and also open to the living area is the dining area that seats six guests, with a lodge style wood dining table, and bench. The living room space is inviting with its big windows and courtyard view of Tahoe pines. This zone has a large wraparound sofa that youâll want to sink yourself into! Another oversized chair, coffee table, and television make this a great place to enjoy aprĂšs beverages.
Upstairs in this condo you have even more room. A queen bed tucked in one area of the loft makes a cozy sleeping area, with an oversized chair and dresser. There is a bedroom with a plush queen bed and television thatâs a nice retreat from the group.
The condo has two full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub. The bathrooms are conveniently located on each floor, making it easy for everyone to prepare for their mountain adventures. The full-size bathroom in the upstairs loft has two separate entrances, from the open loft and from the queen bedroom.
Guests will enjoy the on-site amenities at ski-in/ski-out Palisades Tahoe Lodge, such as the outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor sauna and steam room, and very popular ping pong room! You are located just steps from the resort chairlifts, KT22 and the base-to-base gondola that connects you to another nearby local ski resort.
If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails, nearby biking, Lake Tahoe beaches and boating, or North Lake Tahoe golf courses.
Adventures abounds at Palisades Tahoe and Studio Loft condo #348 is the perfect home base for your mountain getaway!
Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.
Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

For maintenance and your safety, the sauna is currently unavailable until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
