• A queen size bed opens to living space but separated from the kitchenette and living space by a pony wall.
• Living area features a sofa, leather loveseat, an oversized chair, 5-drawer dresser, coffee table, TV and DVD player and a dining area that seats 4 people. There is a portable Air Conditioning unit.
• The kitchenette is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
• The studio condominium accommodates up to 4 people.

There is no oven. The kitchenette has white tiled backsplash, complemented by the pine wood features in the floor-to-ceiling storage adjacent to the dining and living space. The full-size bathroom features bright white tile and an oversized shower/tub combo. There is also a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

Location is key at this studio condo, as guests are only a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après, or a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses. In the summer the Palisades Tahoe Lodge pool – which guests have a full view of – can add to your outdoor enjoyment! There are many well known and well loved year-round trails to enjoy out your back door! The condo is also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe, where water sports and adventures await from kayaking and stand up paddleboarding, to parasailing and catamaran rides.

In the winter you are at the epicenter of all the activities. Situated right on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes, guests are steps from the chairs and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all at your fingertips!

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
