Urban Cottage Suite

The relaxing farmhouse decor of the Urban Suite provides an island of luxury in a hip neighborhood.
Conveniently located minutes to downtown Olympia, the waterfront, the capital, farmers market, shopping and restaurants.
It’s the perfect location for travelers looking to experience the local vibe. Visitors can also enjoy our quaint neighborhood bakery right around the corner. The garden is magical and whimsical during the day or on a beautiful evening. There is a covered outdoor Grain bin with seating and fireplace.
The Suite is very private with its own entrance and street parking in front of the house.
The Suite is an addition that was added to the back of the house about 15 years age with its own Entry.
During the summer there is a propane fireplace on the back deck of the Suite to enjoy.
- You have your own private bathroom, bedroom and breakfast nook.
Other things to note
- There are 6 steps to enter the Suite.
- Because this is my home I need to know who is coming/going on the property.
Please let me know if you are planning to have guests visit during your stay.
- There is one cat on the property. She is never allowed in the Suite due to folks with allergies.
- Security Cameras on property.

This is one of those few times I am tempted to write a bad review just so others do not discover this absolutely delightful place to stay in Olympia! Peggy was the ultimate hostess. She communicated clearly and checked in to see if I needed anything. The Urban Cottage is in a fun neighborhood and is stocked with all the supplies one needs for a comfortable and cozy stay! Peggy is one of the most thoughtful hosts I have met and the cottage is just so lovely. Definitely would stay here again!

What a relaxing, lovely little sanctuary this is! It is cozy, clean, quiet, and beautiful - inside and out (the garden/outdoor area is incredible ) Every effort was put into the details and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Look no further!! This is THE place

From the minute we walked thru the door we felt at home. This little suite is super inviting. There is a peaceful vibe that relaxes you. The neighborhood is very quiet. You have a private deck that overlooks Peggy’s garden oasis. The suite is very clean and comfortable and Peggy has thought of every detail! She is a gem! You are about 10 minutes to everything. This will be our go-to when in Olympia. Highly recommend.

Wow, just as images show, this is a beautiful place. Not only is the room area nice but the yard is even better. Little touches like flowers, snacks, coffee, and such mafe it feel a bit like home. Loved the porch and walking in the garden. Well stay again if the beed arises. Peggy is also very friendly and made efforts to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Quiet oasis in the city

Cozy and quiet while not too far from downtown and harbor areas of Olympia. Peggy allowing guests access to the back yard is a big bonus-so nice to relax on the deck and enjoy the scenery.

Easy and comfortable stay.

This is my second stay at Urban Cottage Suite, and I hope/expect it won't be my last. Peggy is a wonderful host, and the residence is warm, clean, and comfortable. It is also located in a lovely area, close to a wonderful bakery, and a fantastic nature park. I really appreciated Peggy checking in and making sure that I had everything I needed. Wonderful experience!

Comfortable, cozy, and clean.

This was honestly the stay I needed. I was looking for something quiet, warm, and comfortable and found it all in spades at the Urban Cottage Suite. Really enjoyed the snacks, cake, and coffee provided. Loved the Mission Creek Nature Park, which I spent a couple hours just taking in the beauty. I only had two nights, but definitely plan on coming back to Olympia, and will check the availability of the Urban Cottage Suite first. Wonderful experience.

This is how to do a rental the right way. Everything is so well thought out down to coffee, tea and snacks. Beautiful space inside and outside. Peggy is a wonderful host and her rental is perfect. We can't wait to book it again.

Wonder place to stay

Peggy was very responsive to any text. Place was open and ready for us. It was a very comfortable and gorgeous space. Everything was available and more. Very very clean and very quiet. Will stay there again and will tell friends if going to that area to try to stay there.
