This lovely 320m² country house is set in a peaceful rural location, ideal for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your group.

The living room offers a cosy sofa where you can unwind, a TV to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Oversized windows fill the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a full range of cookware and utensils.

Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms. Two rooms feature double beds and wardrobes, while the third has two single beds, perfect for families or friends. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as fresh towels and toiletries, for your comfort and convenience.

Step outside to enjoy a spacious private area featuring a swimming pool and private parking, perfect for unwinding and making the most of your stay.

The house is professionally cleaned before each visit to guarantee a comfortable and carefree experience.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Near this location, you’ll find charming landmarks like the Igreja de São Simão and the historic Chafariz setecentista. The nearby Parque do Rio Novo is perfect for a peaceful stroll. For dining, explore cozy local cafés or head to Oliveira do Bairro for traditional Portuguese restaurants.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 1h15-minute drive.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags.
