Ne manquez pas cette superbe 3Bed / 2Bath. Cuisine bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec cuisine en granit et acier inoxydable. À distance de marche de tout ce que Old Orchard Beach a Ă  offrir. Le Grand Victorian se trouve directement sur la plage adjacente Ă  la jetĂ©e et au palais de jeux. Piscine intĂ©rieure avec chaises longues et centre de remise en forme, pour les jours sans plage. Observez les feux d'artifice de jeudi soir tout au long de l'Ă©tĂ© depuis votre remarquable balcon de 15 m avec entrĂ©e depuis le salon et deux des chambres donnant sur le parc Playland et la plage. L'unitĂ© a de nouveaux meubles partout. Y compris les serviettes et les draps. TĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 55 pouces dans le salon. La chambre principale a un lit King size, avec des portes-fenĂȘtres menant sur le pont Ă  50 pieds. 2Ăšme chambre a 1 reine et twin. 3Ăšme chambre a 1queen avec frenchdoors menant au balcon. Thanksgiving week-end in family.

Condo is very clean, and beds and sheets are very confortable . Very well equipped kitchen. Tables and high-tech chairs on balcony is a good idea to see the ocean. Thanks Jenny , you were very helpful.

Just as described

I absolutely loved my stay in this unit. The pictures were exactly as how the unit was. We had brought trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, all of that was already provided by the host. Had a fully furnished kitchen with plates, bowls, coffee cups, knives, and even a spice rack. I would definitely stay in this unit again. The highlight was watching the fireworks from the balcony.

A bit noisy very early morning.

The power washing at 4 a m and street sweeper and Sysco trucks at 5 a m was very disruptive and it was daily. Otherwise a very nice beach and warm sunny weather. And the host was very kind and helpful.

Great OOB condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 (3 generations). The location is wonderful for teens. They spent lots of time at the amusement park right outside our door. The beach is also steps away. The condo itself was so clean and beautifully decorated.The owner thought of everything (except coffee!) Everything is very well maintained which hasn’t always been our experience. We would all highly recommend this rental property! Thank you! PS Bill in the management office was so friendly and helpful. 😊

Perfect place to stay

The condo is beautiful & fully stocked with everything you need . Big enough for everyone to have there own space . The outside balcony is so nice & over looks everything. Extremely clean and well taken care of . Pictures are exactly how this condo is. Its a happy warm home . You dont need a car because everything is right outside the door & steps to the beach . The owner is amazing and always available if you need anything or have any questions. Definitely a perfect spot for families or even a girls getsway .

Excellent unit

This was a girls' weekend including my 91 year old mother. The unit was perfect! So clean, so orderly and stocked from towels to kitchen ware. Loved people watching on the balcony during down times. The unit was almost soundproof. With the doors closed, we didn't hear anything outside as well as from room to room. So spacious and comfortable. We all thought the mattresses were great! The elevator was working well and seldom a wait. Appreciated the bellhop's rolling luggage units to move from car to condo. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, beautiful views. Everything was immaculate. Check in was easy. Jenny even extended us an offer of an earlier check-in which was nice, and unexpected as we were only there for the holiday weekend. Bill goes above and beyond! Perfect place to experience all that OOB has to offer and you can see it all from every room. We plan to come back next year with all our family.

Great Accommodations and Location!

We truly enjoyed staying in this condo at the Grand Victorian. The host responded immediately to any questions. On site staff was friendly and welcoming, providing his cell phone for any needs throughout the stay. The place was as advertised and well equipped with all kitchen needs and plenty of comfortable seating for all. The two full baths were also well stocked w/ plenty of towels and extra toilet paper. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We had a great time and recommend this condo for families and groups of friends. Looking forward to visiting again.

What a great find! The host was gracious and responsive. The property manager left no question unanswered and provided his mobile number in case we had needs, which we didn't because every possible need was provided. The condo was super clean and the perfect space for our family. Highly recommend this one - looking forward to going back!

Great rental, but access for the disabled is lacking

First of all, the good - this condo is fantastic! So well laid out, beautifully decorated, and so clean. It's a place where you open the door and say, "wow". Jenny is a wonderful host; my questions were always answered within a few minutes. We were so comfortable there, and the location is top notch. The deck is fantastic; we spent a lot of time there people watching and eating pier fries :) Now the not so good: parking is definitely an issue. I traveled with two other couples who all arrived separately. 3 cars, 1 parking space on site and one approximately 1/2 mile away. The whole week we were shuffling cars and having to go get the cars in order to do anything. That was bad enough, but my daughter-in-law has CP and walks with a walker. Guess what? No handicapped parking on the property anywhere. The building manager told me it was because they were a condo association and not a hotel, but I'm not really sure what that has to do with access for handicapped folks. They tried to get us a spot next door at the Surf 6 lot, but they wanted $50 a night; a bit ridiculous. We were also told they had a sand wheelchair so that she could get to the beach, but then told us "they couldn't find it". Jenny looked into it and found out in fact they didn't have one anymore. As a result my DIL was unable to go to the beach, which was a real shame. It is also a bit loud on some nights; there is a bar on the ground floor very near the master in this unit. Some nights it was tolerable, but other nights the volume and quality of the music was horrible. Jenny has done a great job outfitting the bedrooms with sound machines and fans, but you can't drown out bad musicians who think volume equates to talent. This unit is beautiful and so great for any family. It's right in the middle of everything, the amenities inside are so thoughtful, and we were very comfortable there. I know that Jenny can't do anything about the parking situation, but it would be nice if that building could figure out a way to make this building more friendly. If you are selling the unit for 10 people, 1 parking space on site is grossly inadequate. We may be back, but it will depend on my DIL. The building is just not friendly to those who have mobility challenges.

Best place we’ve stayed throughout our entire trip from CT to Boston to Maine. Bill at the front desk was absolutely amazing and super helpful! The home was beautiful and super clean. Had everything we needed and more! We were able to sleep 9 of us comfortably! Very convenient and we will definitely come back! Thank you for making our Family Vacation enjoyable!

Beautiful condo
 well equipped with everything. Right on the beach with great pool. Would definitely recommend and rent again! Owner was very responsive. Very professionally done. Only thought is if you have young kids that are light sleepers, bring a white noise generator
 the condo is well insulated but you do still hear some noise at night (you are in the middle of the prime restaurant area) and in the early morning when the delivery/sanitation trucks come through. That said, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Clean & Close to Amenities

This location is very ideal, the unit was nice and clean and well equipped. The parking situation for any guest vehicles beyond the first vehicle is less than ideal. We had to pay $20 per night for parking in a parking lot that doesn’t exactly look safe, and the lot was 5 min walk with no shuttle. We were told there was no other parking room onsite but the lot had plenty of open spaces. The pool room was extremely hot with no ventilation and the pool itself was not the cleanest. Otherwise we had a great time and were very pleased with our stay.

xmas vacation great stay in this property

It is better than described. It is so well fitted-out, it will make your own house look second-class. And very well furnished for families. No fear that anything could get ruined. The only thing I would negotiate if possible is check in and check out time. Really does not allow much time to spend the day. But Jenny is very accommodating. Also although there is only one guaranteed parking space, there is a very near parking lot (a block or so) to permanently store other cars

Amazing property

The property was beautiful! The location was great, close to everything and there was so many amenities games towels, beach chairs , beach towels it gave that extra touch she thought of everything! Property is immaculate, so clean, the beds are comfortable the bedding is great quality. I had one a question and and I received a response immediately. It’s a little bit of paradise sitting on the deck watching the sunset or sunrise .
