The Surfside section on OOB is a quiet lovely stretch of beach approximately .8 miles north of the pier and downtown Old Orchard Beach.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in Old Orchard Beach. The area is named “Surfside”There is no parking for day trippers so the beach is never too crowded. Walk out your front door and you are just four houses away from the stunning 7 miles of beach. The sand on this part of OOB is white and soft almost like the Caribbean. We are .8 miles from the pier and downtown attractions but a nice distance away from the action to avoid the crowds and noise.

Walking to downtown is about 15 minutes but you can also grab the trolly every hour across the street at the Friendship hotel which will take you to attractions all over town!

This condo association is comprised of primarily owner occupied units. Please only park in the three spaces in front of our condo. There are no visitor parking spots, all other spots belong to other owners.
Please do not have kids riding bikes or playing catch in the parking lot.
