Rénové, la chambre donne sur le salon, Palace Playland, Ocean Vie

Ce condo a été rénové par nous afin que nous puissions voir l'océan depuis la chambre. C'est au troisiÚme étage (sans ascenseur). Il s'agit de quatre escaliers. Il a un espace de stationnement pour deux voitures. C'est une unité moderne. Il est calme ici, loin de la jetée et du parc.

La premiĂšre chambre a un plan d'Ă©tage ouvert sur le salon. Il a des rideaux pour fermer l'espace, mais pas de mur d'intimitĂ©. Nous avons installĂ© de nouvelles armoires de cuisine en chocolat espresso, des comptoirs en granit chromĂ©, avec des robinets en chrome, un nouveau plancher en Ă©rable Ă©tain, un foyer, de nouveaux carreaux dans l'entrĂ©e et la salle de bain, un nouvel Ă©clairage, de nouvelles fenĂȘtres, rideaux et stores. Le condo a des appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable.

La premiÚre chambre a un lit queen et donne sur le salon pour capturer des vues sur l'océan, Palace Playland et les feux d'artifice. Il a un climatiseur. La deuxiÚme chambre a trois lits jumeaux et un grand placard, des ventilateurs mais pas de climatisation. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte mais pas de laveuse et sécheuse pour le moment.

Sunset Terrace surplombe Memorial Park. Depuis le salon, vous avez une belle vue sur les feux d'artifice sur Palace Playland le jeudi soir. L'océan est derriÚre le Playland et est visible depuis la cuisine, le salon et une chambre. Ce bùtiment est à une rue de Orchard Street, donc il est à distance de marche de la plage, de la jetée, du Playland, de tous les restaurants et des magasins. Il dispose de deux places de parking.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient adoré cet appartement en copropriété et son accÚs facile à pied. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Jetée d'Old Orchard Beach. L'accÚs Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine sont disponibles dans cet appartement condo.

Condos parfait pour les vacances Ă  Old Orchard Beach

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances dans ce condo à Old Orchard Beach. Le condo est parfaitement situé, à distance de marche de la plage, de Old Orchard Street et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le condo est super, entiÚrement équipé et avec des lits confortables pour tous. Seul bémol : une laveuse sécheuse serait fort utile pour les reservations plus longues. Tracy est une super hÎte également ! Je recommande

Superbe endroit

PropriĂ©tĂ© Ă  quelques minutes de la plage, juste assez prĂšs des restaurants et magasins, sans ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©s du tout par le bruit. Ma famille et moi avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans ce condo. Il est au goĂ»t du jour et tout y est pour passer de belles vacances!

We had a great stay in this comfortable and wellappointed condo. Was beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the little touches, and the coffee pods. Lots of towels and comfy bedding. Location was excellent, only a short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, and mini golf. The view was really nice, you can see the ocean and the lights of Palace Playland at night. Check in was smooth and the onsite parking was convenient. Communication was excellent. Keep in mind that there are 2 flights of stairs to walk up, but the top floor view is worth it. A washer and dryer would have been a huge plus, but we managed. Thanks for a great stay!!

Wonderful condo

This is a lovely condo and exactly as described. The large kitchen and open area was perfect for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the linens were well stocked. This condo is in a quiet location but still located closed to everything in OOB.

Lovely apartment and great location

Modern getaway in Maine

This condo was beautifully redone. We loved the design. The location was perfect and the owners were very accommodating. The only thing we weren't too happy about was the main bedroom only had a curtain for a wall. It opened up to rest of the apartment. It let in alot of natural light from the living area and the view at night was beautiful. Unfortunately, for us we have 3 kids and it lacked privacy. We made it work and really have no other complaints. Lots of things to do in the area and the kids played at the playground right next door. Overall great place to stay!

Awesome location!

We spent 4 days in OOB at this wonderful location. It is located in the heart of OOB and allows you to walk to everything you need. Tracy was a great host and I am sure we will be back. You will not be disappointed in this location.

Great Place Large and Clean

We just returned and had a fantastic stay! Close to everything. You get a clear view of the ocean and the downtown carnival. The room was much bigger then expected and it was open and clean with everything you needed provided. Parking can be tight depending on your vehicle size and the parking spot. The wifi was fair at best, but that would be my only small criticism. All and all a great stay and would recommend it 👍.

Great location!

Tracy’s condo is great! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. Open concept and large island was perfect for game nights and eating together. Beds are comfortable and the breeze was enough to keep the temperature cool. The only thing that I would do without is the 1am train that passes by - but I’m a light sleeper! The rest of the family slept right through it :) The playground and basketball courts out front were a hit with the kids. There are two different mini golf experiences within walking distance as well as the pier and beach. If you want to get away from the hustle of everything, there are endless options within driving distance for quick day trips. We definitely recommend Tracy’s condo! Thanks so much for the perfect little getaway!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo in OOB! Short walk to the carnival/rides and food. Close to Walgreens for groceries and beverages. The view is incredible and the condo is quiet with 2 parking spots. Everything was perfect- thank you!

It is bigger than the pictures give credit!! Great location. Although the parking was a tight for 2 cars. Not the home owners fault. Just the building. The stairs were not hard going to the 3rd floor. Prefect breeze all day and night. We will be back!

Awesome Place
