-The beach is right across the street, and The Pier is an easy 1/2 mile walk.
-1st floor: 2 bedrooms, both containing a queen bed. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower, a living/dining room combo, and a small kitchen.
-2nd floor: Master bedroom with a king size bed, and a sleeper sofa in the bonus area. En suite full bathroom with tub. Middle bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the back bedroom has 2 twin beds. Another full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.
-3rd floor: Master kitchen, pantry, living room and half bath. There are 2 decks, one facing the ocean, the other facing the marsh. Amazing views from either one.
-Seasonal BBQ grill.
-3 off-street parking spaces included.
-Seasonal pool is located across the street at Echo Motel (mid May to Labor Day).
-Bed linens, bath towels & kitchen towels are all provided.
-Pool is available at Echo Motel across the street. This is a seasonal, outdoor heated pool. The pool dates are mid May to Labor Day. Pool towels are not provided.
