Enjoy ocean views from the balcony of this 2-bedroom air-conditioned condo.  The balcony has a bar-height table and four chairs.  This rental will sleep up to 4 people in beds and 6 if using sofa bed.  There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.   A short walk of 100 feet from the parking lot will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.

The living space has an open concept kitchen and living room with dining table for 4 people.  There is also a window unit air conditioner in the main room and a large TV with cable and WIFI. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, a closet and TV.  Property also has a heated outdoor swimming pool, community gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room (also operated by Credit Card) and parking for 2 vehicles.

There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.

Please note that this unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
