The apartment, featuring a modern and elegant style, is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with elevator, and opens onto the living area, an open space furnished with sofa, smart TV, dining table and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities for the preparation of delicious meals. The living area leads to the terrace furnished with sofas and outdoor table in where guests can relax. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed with double exposition, small balcony and a large walk-in closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Overlooking the spectacular gulf dominated by the island of Tavolara, Olbia is the main tourist destination of northern Sardinia.
