The space
The architecture of the house is a semi split level house, meaning the kitchen and bedrooms are on a different level than the living room. Both of the bathrooms are near the bedrooms. One is in master, and one is a shared bathroom in the hallway. You can see in the pics that there are about 3 steps separating the kitchen and bedrooms from the living room area.

In terms of accessibility, please note that you will have to climb stairs to get to the main level of the house. However, you can also park on the north side of the house off the street and only have to take two steps to get into the house rather parking down near the garage and having to walk all the steps.
