Apartment Ellie is a favorite property for large groups or those wanting a little bit more space and privacy. It's an extra large property at 120 square meters. Our management team meet and greet you on arrival, they also offer inexpensive airport transfers which allow for hassle free arrival and check in.

Spacious duplex penthouse Ellie, has high ceilings and the added advantage of being the largest of all the properties we offer. Penthouse Ellie is a very comfortable top floor duplex apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This third floor apartment offers beautiful views of the Adriatic sea. The apartment has two couches and and an entertainment area with 32in flat screen tv, dvd, cd and selection of games. This front facing penthouse has an absolutely amazing view which you can enjoy from the dining and living area. Air-conditioned (four large units - two in the downstairs bedrooms, one in the main living area and one large unit in hall upstairs outside the bedrooms) with free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, you have all you need for a enjoyable holiday stay.

We offer a number of properties on Ciovo, 250 meters from the sea. Our management meet and greet you on arrival. We can offer transfers from the airport and can arrange tours in the area (with collection and drop off to the apartments - no need for you to arrange at tourist office). We love to help our guests plan memorable holidays and have been doing so since 2003, get in touch today.



Our Penthouse Anna (our other listing ID 10727822) will sleep up to six people and has a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. This is a top floor property accessed by steps and the view is truly spectacular. The balcony is to the side of the building and has a table with seating for 4 people. Anna is Air-conditioned with two large units, keeping the place really cool, there is free wifi, tv/dvd/cd and selection of games, fully equipped kitchen, you have all you need for a enjoyable holiday stay.





There is an extensive collection of music in all our properties, DVDs and games to use throughout your stay. You are in walking distance of pretty much everything you could think of. You are a few minutes from restaurants, the market, the beach, taxi services etc.

The apartments are all a 15 minute drive from Split airport. We offer transfers. It's a 3 minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach which also has a little cafe bar and crepe cafe. The nearest restaurants and bars are 100 meters away. We have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom penthouses available for rental. All have large living/dining areas, fully fitted kitchens with microwave, full cooker, fridge freezer & washing machine. Each apartment features a CD player, DVD and Digital TV. Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied and included in the cost. There is a small market just 1 minute from the apartment which is handy for getting any essentials you need.

The supermarket and main village is a 10 minute walk. There are water sports and activities all along the beach. Tennis club and courts are a 3 minute walk. Hotel Villa Katarina is minutes away and has a very good restaurant catering all day, ideal for lunch and dinner - they have a gorgeous green lasagne - try it. Trogir is 5 minutes away by car. Trogir is a medieval town protected by UNESCO with over 100 restaurants and bars and a beautiful port with entertainment & cocktail bars.

We fell in love with Croatia when we first visited in 2003. Since 2004 we have managed a variety of 3 & 4 star properties, awarded by Croatian Tourist Board, on behalf of property owners. We carefully select the apartments that we promote as they must meet our high standards and they are only 15 minutes from Split airport.

Our self catering properties sleep up to 8 people. All of our properties have balconies with sea views, wifi, air-conditioning, washing machines, fully equipped kitchens, a selection of games, CD's and DVD's. Towels and linen are changed on a weekly basis and we have a meet and greet team that will welcome you to your apartment. There are amenities close by for grocery shopping, eating out, bars and of course, secluded bays with calm, clear blue water.

We are proud of our successful business and enjoy helping our guests plan memorable holidays. There are plenty of things to do, for all age groups, and we'd be delighted to recommend a few. It is not essential to rent a car as everything can be accessed by foot however, depending on your needs or desires you may choose one.

Split is in a region known as Dalmatia and it's a great starting point if you're interested in exploring Croatia. There are a staggering 8 UNESCO protected sites within 2 hours of Ciovo. The 2400 year old town of Trogir is on your doorstep with taxi boats leaving the local harbour every 15 minutes. The landscape is mountainous with the Adriatic Sea in the forefront and the people are friendly and very helpful.

Welcome Pack and Entertainment Area: The entertainment area consists of a DVD and CD player. We also have Satellite TV at all the accommodations. A welcome pack is provided for guests to use to make you familiar with Ciovo/Trogir. The pack includes details on the area, sites to see and recommendations of many restaurants and bars in Trogir and Ciovo - we send this by email also prior to arrival. Important telephone numbers are listed and the pack includes maps of the surrounding area. Also a wide selection of cd's are available to use throughout your stay. An extensive list of artists are included that we think you will enjoy. We also have a variety of games at each penthouse - poker chip and card set, chess board, draughts board and jenja.

Tourist Attractions: Some of the tourist attraction include Krka Park – 72 Km of the Krka river and lakes which has wonderful waterfalls. Approx 55 minutes by car from the apartment heading towards Sibenik. And a must see. Don't forget your swimming togs - you get swim at the lakes and it's glorious!

Trogir – Is a jewel of a walled town with a wide waterfront promenade that encloses a maze of medieval streets.Places of interest include Cathedral of St Lovro and Church of St. John the Baptist. 15th century town.

Island Hopping – The Islands of Brac and Hvar are easily accessible from the apartment. Regular ferries connect from Split to the Islands.

These properties are situated on the top (3rd floor) and accessed by steps - totally worth it for the stunning view. The majority of properties on Ciovo and in the area don't reach more than 3 floors - thankfully. There is no lift in the majority of buildings on Ciovo. If you think you might be concerned about them I do manage other properties on the 1st floor - let me know if you have any questions.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war wirklich groß, sodass wir genug Platz hatten. Die KĂŒche war gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es gaben 2 Klimaanlagen am Flur, sodass die TĂŒr vom Schlafzimmer offen sein musste, damit es kĂŒhl bleibt. Der Weg zum Strand ca 5min zu Fuß, auch mit kleinen Kinder kein Problem. Strand schön und sauber, mehrere Restaurants direkt in der NĂ€he. Genug ParkplĂ€tze vorm Haus. Der einzige Nachteil war der ganz kleine Balkon, wo man gar nicht sitzen konnte, weil einem die heiße Luft von der Klimaanlage direkt ins Gesicht blĂ€ĂŸt. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Unsere 10 Tage in Okrug Gornji (August 2022)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gut war die Klimaanlage, da die Wohnung ganz oben unter dem Dach liegt. Wir bekamen bei unserem Aufenthalt noch zwei zusĂ€tzliche Ventilatoren. Die Wohnung hat jetzt nicht den modernsten Standard, aber man hatte alles was man braucht. Die Kaffeemaschine hatte scheinbar etwas gegen uns, aber die Bialetti tat es dann auch. 😅 Ich empfehle jedoch Trinkwasser zum „Kaffeekochen“ zu nutzen, da das Wasser aus dem Hahn doch etwas nach Chlor schmeckt. Die Wohnung lag im 4. Stock, was unserer Fitness ziemlich zutrĂ€glich war, jedoch sollte hier erwĂ€hnt werden, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Alles Nötige (Strand, Supermarkt, Arzt, Apotheke, Restaurants) sind fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Es fĂ€hrt auch ein Wassertaxi in die nĂ€chste Stadt (Trogir) und zurĂŒck. Allerdings hat es sich abends oft schwierig gestaltet wieder zurĂŒck zu kommen, daher haben uns dann fĂŒr die nötige MobilitĂ€t einen Leihwagen gemietet um etwas flexibler von der Insel und auch wieder zurĂŒck zu kommen. Man befindet sich schon recht weit hinten auf der Insel. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Perfect family space

With 8 people ranging from 8 to 78, this space was great for us with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The only challenge for the older ones was the stairs but we managed. Lovely balcony and living space, very well stocked kitchen and many amenities nearby. The view (especially the sunset) from the balcony topped off a great week-long stay.

War alles gut...

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kaffeemaschine sollte ersetzt werden. Gasherd hat bei uns leider nicht funktioniert, man sollte danach gucken. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, fĂŒr 8 Personen ausreichend. Sauberkeit war perfekt.

Centrally located home perfect for families

The location of this apartment is well situated and just perfect for families. A small beach with some restaurants is several minutes walk away and many other beaches, restaurants, even ferries to the old town within a 10-15 minute walk. We didn't even feel the need to have a car and we had a stroller getting to these other beaches. It was quite hot during our stay so we were thankful for the air conditioning in the apartment and very grateful for the extra fans that were sourced for us so we could close bedroom doors at night and just have the fans on. The windows all have blockout shutters to keep the apartment cool during the heat of the day too. A perfect choice for us and we'd not hesitate to recommend it to others. Many thanks for the stay.

Perfect

Great apartment in a perfect location close to all amenities. It's situated only a short stroll from a strip of beautiful beech bears, restaurants and a taxi boat to the ancient town of Trogir. For anyone who likes walking I would strongly recommend visiting Duga Dango and Kaktus Bar for as the walks and bathing areas are beautiful. Apartment Ellie was perfect for our stay, we are 2 families so we enjoyed large space downstairs with all the games the host provided. The bedrooms are on separate floors which allows privacy and quietness with black out blinds for late sleepers like us! The apartment is well equipped for those who like to cook in and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We had a fantastic holiday!!!

Close to the beach and Trogir

The location is perfect as per location with a very large parking which makes it a big plus if you have one or two cars. The apartment has a great view. It can accommodate 6 people comfortably since there are 3 bathrooms with showers. However, the 2 AC units did not do the job since it was very (very) hot the 4 nights we were there. Also, there were small issues that should be corrected : leak in one of the bathroom, broken shower head in the other and curtain in the terrace. However, overall, it was a very nice place !

Great apartment in fantastic location

The apartment was a great size for my family of six and perfectly located for a fantastic holiday. We did not have a car and discovered several lovely quiet coves in Okrug Gornji within short walking distance from the apartment. All the amenities were just as described by the owner and the local beaches are clean and fantastic for swimming and snorkelling. We took a day's excursion by boat to a couple of nearly islands and swam in the blue lagoon which was fantastic. The weather in August was hot and sunny every day (just what we wanted!) and we really appreciated the air conditioning in the apartment. We found the local fruit and veg stalls and the nearby bakery to be great value and everything we needed was within a short walking distance. Trogir is beautiful and the water taxi service from Okrug was a fun part of the holiday. This was our first visit to Croatia and we will treasure our memories of this beautiful part of the world.

Apartment Ellie

Ideal apartment and location for doing all kinds of activities in the area. A short walk to the beach and then access to the marina with lost of bars and restaurants. Plenty of places to set up camp on the beach for the day and very good ferry service to Trogir. The apartment is excellent and the manager Dave was very helpful and gave us lots of advice. Would certainly recommend it and we will be planning another trip next year!

Veldig bra lokaliasjon!!!

Familievennlig! Leiligheten lÄ pÄ et sted av stranda m kort vei til gode servingingsteder, kjempefin, rolig strand og med en brygge m ferge til Trogir hver time. Kort vei til butikk. FANTATISK utsikt fra verandaen! Ikke oppvaskmakin, liten stekepanne. 4 etage. Helpfull service-guy. We loved our stay!!!
