The property details:

Villa Kairos is a charming waterfront villa on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia set in a sunny west-facing position and away from any traffic noise providing for a peaceful and picturesque setting. The fully air-conditioned villa is split into three apartments with two available to rent together comfortably accommodating up to eight people. The property is very well kept and everything carefully thought through to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Two tandem kayaks as well as two mountain bikes are there for you to enjoy exploring the island and take the binoculars with you to further enjoy the views!

The grounds:
The grounds encompass 1,100sq/m of gardens and paved areas which give direct access to the beach as well as a small boat jetty. There are many different areas to put your feet up and relax including cushioned sun-lounges on the large balcony with panoramic sea-views, sun-loungers, swing chair and a hammock under the olive trees. There are two outdoor 8-seater dining areas with one being located on the patio and the other in the waterfront garden. These can both be shaded from the sun and are great to enjoy while cooking on the traditional stone BBQ. A waterfront shower in marble stone with a rain shower head is located in the garden for rinsing off after a dip in the sea.

The units:
Villa Kairos I is a three bedroom apartment occupying the entire first floor of the villa. The air-conditioned and spacious living room with sea views provides a dining table, sofas, fireplace with firewood, HDTV with DVD player, stereo system and CD & DVD libraries. The fully integrated kitchen is entered off of the living room and includes a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and tea & coffee making facilities. The hallway leads to three fully air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom.

Villa Kairos II is a self-contained studio apartment on the ground floor entered off the patio dining area. The air-conditioned studio apartment features a king-sized bed, dining table for two, ample wardrobe space, a HDTV, kitchenette and bathroom with a washing machine/dryer.
