We booked through Expedia thinking that it would be cheaper but it was not because you still have to pay a resort fee at the hotel that expedia doesn't cover. So booking through expedia did not save us money.
Brain D. at the front desk was friendly and a great help when checking in. Later when at the front desk I spoke to a man in a blazer (I'm guessing a manager) but did not catch his name and he was not very helpful or have very good customer service. The splash falls was closed during our stay, even though it was scheduled to be open. We were credited $100 to spend because of this, but that doesn't go very far at the arcade, ice-cream shop or any other stores in the hotel. They also had other water features closed off and on throughout our stay. The water slides have a fun feature that you can scan your wrist band for it to take a photo, however we havent been able to access the photos, and serval of the employeeswe asked couldn't tell us howbto get the photos. So there are still several things that need worked out, since there were many features that did not work during our visit. Overall a good experience but was definitely disappointed that part of the water park was closed and then had a front desk manager that was rude.
Rooms- The bathroom in the room is rather small and there are no shelves in the shower for your own personal items
Food & drinks- Several options for food there without having to leave the hotel
