Great house with convenient location

The house is exactly as it is shown on the pictures. It isn’t huge but it is plenty of room for several people. The backyard and hot tub were wonderful. The primary bedroom and bathroom were exceptional. The street is somewhat busy & the parking is one single behind the other which can be a pain but is was definitely manageable. Overall, a great house and I would definitely stay again.

Nice house, excellent location!

Great property in a very hot spot in OKC. House is a bit smaller than the pics make it seem. Still great, but do not be surprised when you arrive & the rooms do not seem as sprawling as they do in the images on the listing. Still very nice, just wanting to clarify for future visitors.

Old House is smaller than it looked in the pics

The pics are deceiving. The host must be a realtor because she knows how to take pics in a way to make properties seem like they are nicer and more spacious than they really are. This is the first time I have stayed in a VRBO where I felt I was deceived. Credit to the host though because the pics make it look awesome. Things I noticed during my stay that I didn’t like: -Says it sleeps 11 which is true I guess but several guests would have to use roll away beds. I think it truly sleeps six adults and 2 kids comfortably. -The back yard is a decent place to hang out but there are cameras out there watching you. Didn’t feel comfortable being out there and it also made me feel like there might be hidden cameras throughout the inside of the house. -Like I said the house is old and the bottom floor is wavy and it’s really not that spacious when there are ten to eleven people staying there. -The chairs in the dining area are just plain nasty looking. They are in need of a good cleaning. -Says it sleeps eleven but there is a single cup Keurig coffee maker there so you can imagine the line that forms at the coffee maker in the morning while each person makes one cup at a time. We made the best of our stay there and had a great time in OKC but we wouldn’t rent this place again and we would not recommend it to others.

Absolutely loved this property! Owner was extremely nice. Kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped. Nice fenced in backyard. Perfect location within the plaza district. Our family enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend!

Great option !

The home is beautiful, they have done a nice job updating the place. Several amenities and plenty of space. The back yard is great for entertaining. The parking of a third vehicle was a bit tricky but it worked out. We did have an interesting stay- the electrical needs some attention and several things were inoperable like the hottub, coffee pot , microwave and lights lol yes lights. The owner is Very quick to answer and polite. They were very apologetic and I trust they will have it repaired before the next guest. Location to downtown perfect, we took an urber to a concert. I would stay again!

Weekend getaway

Outdoor area was perfect hangout area with friends in the evening. Master shower is a dream. House was within walking distance to some restaurants and bars which we enjoyed. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect surprise party

Beryl was awesome! My friends and I booked this space for my birthday, and without my knowledge my friends had been messaging Beryl to be able to check in early and surprise me with decor, cake, presents! We had a blast and the home is beautiful and so great for hosting a party, or even just a getaway since there is a hot tub and beautiful backyard space. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Amazing Modern Property in the Heart of a Great Neighborhood

This is my first time doing anything like this, and we got this dream of a place. It was everything you could ask for and then some. They had just completed the amazing outdoor space and it made the stay majestic.
