Location, Location, Location! If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is the place to stay! This house is perfect for family, large groups & game day!Great communication with the host! I was contacted a few days before our stay and given everything I needed to know. Great amenities at the house. Everything you could ever need for cooking a meal for a large group or just tailgating. We kept it simple and only cooked breakfast at the house but this house has everything you need regardless of what you are doing. Plenty of towels and a basketful of bathroom necessities. The Living Room was spacious and we enjoyed the gas fireplace while watching non-stop football (greatest football weekend of the year IMO). Beds & pillows lacked just a little but I would still give 5 stars as everything was clean and we had everything that we needed. They just didn’t provide the lux level that the house cost us! Master bed was too hard for my taste and an upstairs king was very squeaky. It was wonderful for all bedrooms to have their own bathroom! This had to be a really swanky house back in its hey day!!Definitely looking to stay here again!

House nicely appointed and host was very accommodating. Best thing about the house is that we could be downstairs having fun and people who went to bed early didn't even hear us being loud. House is in a perfect location to explore the university.

The location is amazing! It is in the middle of campus corner activity. There are pros and cons of being in a 100 year old house this close to campus. The floors creak and the bathrooms are all a little quirky. And you are very close to the Union clock that chimes every 15 minutes - it’s great during the day, but not so much at 7am!. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely visit again!

Cute gem, clean, location location location!

Our family of 13 stayed here for a wedding in Blanchard, OK. It's a beautiful house, with a fun history. Everything was clean up on arrival. There was plenty of space, so that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. A nice touch was the basket of snacks in the kitchen and basket of toiletries the hall upstairs. Steve was very accommodating and was intentional about reaching out to answer any questions prior to our stay. The location is phenomenal, being only a few blocks from the school campus in addition to a plethora of restaurants out the front door and behind the house past the alley. My family loved gathering on the outside patio in the back, strung with lights and equipped with lots of seating. Like many reviews before me, this is an excellent find for your stay in Norman.

Wedding week

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding. The home was everything and more that we could have asked for to entertain our family and friends, who came from out of town. The host, Steve was very responsive and showed great concern when we were under a tornado warning. This home is filled with every amenity and is in the best location to anything you need. We will always treasure our time here and would love to come back again someday. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

VRBO ReviewWe had an incredible stay at this property! The host was amazing—very attentive and proactive, especially during the snowstorm that hit during our visit. They kept us updated on the weather, which we really appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely assortment of welcome snacks, a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home.The house itself was stunning and full of character, with plenty of space to accommodate our group of 14 adults comfortably. It’s a historical home but has been very well maintained, balancing charm with modern comfort. The variety of beds (from soft to firm) was a huge plus, as everyone in our group could find a mattress to their liking.The game selection was fantastic and kept us entertained when the weather wasn’t ideal. The snowy setting made the home even more beautiful, and the fireplaces added such a cozy atmosphere. This property was the perfect place for our family gathering, and we would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect for multiple families and tailgating

We came for a baseball tournament and stayed with a couple of families from the team. Everyone had a comfortable room with their own bathroom. Check in and out was a breeze. Will stay again.

More than the Norm

Beautiful home with lots of character. Our leadership team stayed for our annual planning retreat. Technology and space were perfect for our team. Thoughtful touches provided by property owner made the stay perfect. Proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment was ideal.

Very nice place for a family group

Everything was perfect for our large family to stay while we visited for a wedding. What excited us the most was the fact that most bedrooms have their own bathroom, which worked perfect for our family. The house was clean, and all instructions were clearly noted. We had a fabulous stay!

Great big house for family gatherings at OU

The property was very clean and spacious for our family gathering. Everyone had their own room and large common areas inside and outside were perfect. The owner anticipated our needs and had many nice touches, from available firewood, stocked coffee bar, and plenty of kitchen items. The owner was accommodating and highly communicative. The house and location is ideal for tailgates or family events. Will always consider this property on future visits.

Incredible property. Spacious and accommodating. Brought the whole fam for Thanksgiving and it was a perfect location to do so. Owner was very communicative. Right next to campus and campus corner. Literally walk out the back and head into O’Connels. This will be the first place I look to when coming back into town.

So much charm!

This place is fabulous! Super clean, comfortable and tons of space. The host was amazing and thought of everything! We had 10 in our party and had plenty of beds, space and bathrooms. Towels were bright white, beds were comfy and floors were shining! Nice outside areas also to gather or relax. 10 out of 10! Thank you Steve!!
