It was strange that we had to enter and exit from the front door ONLY even though there were other more convenient doors. They made me pay a $40 cash deposit upon checking in. The pool and exercise room was closed.
After booking my room in April 2025, the hotel changed ownership and became a hemp hotel. I was not notified of this change or I would have cancelled my reservation. When we got into our 1st room, (Yes, I said 1st room), the toilet did not work. We were asked to remove all of our belongings and shut the door behind us before we could be assigned another room. The toilet in there was questionable too but worked while we were there.
The handle was broken. We were not offered any compensation for having to move or anything. Very disappointed.
Definitely not a safe area or propert. Holes in the walls. Cigarette burns in curtains and furniture. Fridge made loud noises constantly. Water damage on ceilings. Dirty halls. People slamming doors all night. Smoking in hallways. Elevator was dangerous and all buttons were mislabeled with what seemed to be spare parts. Parking lot full of trash and broken glass and alcohol bottles. Lobby trash cans piling over onto the floor.
Got the "deluxe suite". Room smelled like feet. They said they couldnt give us any extra pillows because the housekeepers lock them up. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable.
My first room appeared to be ok until the ceiling over the tub parts of it fell n2 the tub Then I was laying across the bed and here comes a roach crawling towards me ON THE BED UGH Yuck They changed my room so I can shower though
Property great but missing vital info for check-in
This has nothing to do with the property but Hotels.com! I was not advised they require a 40 cash deposit for the night! Which made check-in two longer! The property was clean and I didnât hear any noise!
