ACCESS

The entire unit is for guest use, we do have other guests and residents on the property, please be respectful of their spaces and keep noise to a minimum.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

We are in the Paseo District, on the corner of 28th St. and Walker Ave. Property has some onsite parking with overflow street parking available. Parking is first-come, first-serve.

LISTING INTERACTION

We keep the home stocked with various supplies and amenities guests may need during their stay. We should be able to help you find what you need; however, we generally have someone available if onsite support is needed.

NEIGHBORHOOD

Located just outside your door, the Paseo Arts District is home to over 20 galleries and more than 80 artists, all within walking distance. Intermingled with the galleries are fabulous restaurants, a vegan donut shop, shoe and clothing boutiques, a theatre, gift shops, a yoga studio and more! The Paseo Arts District hosts a First Friday Gallery Walk every first Friday of the month, rain or shine, from 6-9pm.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- We love pets, and this property would be perfect for your furry friends. Please add any pets to your reservation. We allow a maximum of two pets unless otherwise approved, and charge a fee of $50/pet. Please keep your pets on a leash when outside, off furniture inside the house, and in crates when left alone. Additional fees may be charged back to guest should excessive cleaning be required from a pet on the reservation.

- We provide coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get guests started. Guests needing additional of these items will need to replenish their supply.
- Only guests included on the reservation may stay on the property unless prior approval is provided by the host.
- We love pets, but they must be approved and listed on the reservation. We are not responsible for any pets on the property. Please keep pets leashed when outdoors and clean up any pet waste. Additionally, please keep pets off furniture and crate them when left alone at the property.
- Smoking is NOT permitted indoors. When outside, please extinguish and throw all cigarette butts/cigars in the trash and not on the grounds.
- Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
- Please do not move any furniture/décor without permission.
