Parking: Kindly utilize the left side of the driveway for parking, as the right side is designated for the other unit. The driveway has sufficient space to accommodate two cars.

Backyard: The backyard is not accessible.

Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are free to use for booking of over 7 nights, small fee will be charge for booking under 7 nights

Noise Potential: There is a potential for disturbance by barking dogs from the neighbors, and they can be quite aggressive at times.

Winter notification:
-Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
-Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
