Location: There are four units on this property. This unit is Unit C.

Parking: Please use the designated parking spot for Unit C at the rear of the house, marked with a letter on the concrete. Do not block the driveway. If you have multiple vehicles, please park on the street. If your designated spot is occupied, park on the street overnight, and we will address the situation in the morning.

Backyard: The backyard is designated for parking.

Climate Control: The unit has a remote-controlled mini-split for heating and cooling. Please keep temps above 69°F in summer and below 75°F in winter. If you’d like extra airflow, we’re happy to provide a fan upon request.

Laundry: The washer and dryer are free when booking over +7 nights, for under 7 nights a small fees will be charge

Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have three other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.

Budget Airbnb Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with a private entrance, bathroom, and small kitchen for $40-$60 per night—cheaper than a motel. Please note, it's an older property without a full kitchen or oven, and we don't offer luxury extras like wine, airport pickup, or high-end amenities.
