The space features a king bed made from two twin XL beds joined together by strap, with a foam divider in between, providing a clear boundary so even if you’re sharing with a coworker, each of you has your own defined side of the bed.

The Exterior

• Stray Animals: As this is a county location, you may occasionally see stray dogs or other animals in the area.
• Shared Parking: This property shares a parking area with two other units listed on the platform. The lot is configured with two smaller units in front and a home behind the one of the smaller units.

Guest Access
The home is equipped with a smart lock that uses a digit code to enter. Guests have full access to the home. There are only two parking spots available. The parking area is well lit.
There is no fenced yard but you may access a portion of the yard directly west of the home. The fenced yard directly behind the cabin is not for guests use.

Other details to note
We want your stay to feel easy and predictable, so here are a few helpful notes before you book.
– The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There is a $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee for each pet. If you are staying one month the charge will be $200 per pet. This will be charged separately.
– Toiletries and other consumables are provided as a starter kit and may need to be replenished for longer stays or heavier use.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– No parking in front of our neighbors houses.
– Please review our pet fees in our “House Rules” section prior to booking.
– There is a two step staircase to enter the property.
– For safety, pets need to remain on a leash while outside, as the yard is not fenced.
– This property has shared parking with another Airbnb and only has two parking spots.
– Since the cabin runs on 50 amps, we recommend using major appliances one at a time to avoid tripping the breaker (easy access in the kitchen if needed).
