3 bedrooms, 3 full baths: First Floor Master with king with on suite bathroom with shower and tub. Second Floor Bedroom with Queen, Bedroom with Double and Full Bath with tub and shower.

Amenities include central AC/Heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet, smart TV with Streaming only (no cable). Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer.

The exterior offers screened porch, gas grill, outdoor shower, picnic table, and covered paved sitting area under the house. The spacious yard has multiple sitting area including a hammock.

Sheets and towels provided. Beds will be made or you arrival.

Partial stays are available with a 3 night minimum two weeks prior to arrival date.

No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping. No phone.

NO CITY WATER. (Non-potable treated and filtered well water and cisterns.) You will be provided with two 5-gallon bottle of Culligan water each week. Additional bottled water can be purchased at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
