Luxurious Bedrooms:
This 2 story home`s main living space is on the 2nd floor. It features 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each complete with their own designated full bathroom, as well as the kitchen, living room, private deck, and laundry.

The first floor hosts the 4th bedroom and bathroom as an En-Suite unit. That area includes a living room, kitchenette, King Bedroom, full bathroom, and small back patio.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Our innovative bedding arrangement allows a unique solution to different traveling groups- and its pretty cool!
Each bedroom if outfitted with 2 TWIN XLs beds, and when combined with our bed bridge is the equivalent to one KING bed.
The rooms are set up for each guest with 2 KING bedrooms, and 2 TWIN XL bedrooms. Each room is stocked with a both sets of sheets, and a bed bridge to allow you to change your bed configuration if you so wish.

Gourmet Kitchen:
Our state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, sleek granite countertops, a spacious island and large dining table- perfect for casual or formal dining. Whether you’re cooking a gourmet feast or a quick breakfast, you’ll find everything you need.

Open-Concept Living:
The open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Cozy up by the gorgeous fireplace, or enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Outdoor Oasis:
One block away from Okauchee Lake, our peaceful backyard offers a natural retreat, featuring multiple patios with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. It’s an ideal spot for unwinding with a book or enjoying a sunny afternoon.
