This beautiful and luxurious penthouse apartment is located in the well-maintained gated community of Crystal Cove. Crysal Cove is located just 5 minutes drive east of the Ocho Rios city centre. The spacious unit is spread over three floors with balconies on each level.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the top floor with a king size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom that boasts a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower along with a large walk-in closet. On the middle floor you will find two bedrooms, one facing the front of the building and the other facing the rear of the property. The front bedroom has a queen size bed. The rear bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin size bed. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and large closets. All three bedrooms are equipped with AC units and small refrigerators. Complimentary bottles of drinking water are provided in each room. The laundry room is also located on this level.

The first floor is a large open concept space which is comprised of the kitchen, a breakfast bar, the dining room with a seven piece dinning table, a living room with a 55 inch television set and a powder room. A full-time chef can be provided at an additional charge.

Relax inside your well-appointed townhome as you inhale the fresh sea breeze or stroll the well-maintained grounds to the community`s infinity swimming pool or continue your walk to the beach cove for a dip into the warm Caribbean Sea. Spend some time at the BBQ area for some outdoor cooking. There is also a kiddies play area and gym on property.
