Our property is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. As you step through the front door, you'll be immediately captivated by the open, sunlit living room, where natural light streams in through La Cantina sliding doors. Inside, you'll find an artistic touch with a large record collection and a retro record player adorning the living room wall.
The home features two cozy front bedrooms, each outfitted with plush beds and hotel-quality linens. The master suite, located at the back of the house, is bathed in natural light from multiple angles, offering an ocean view and a stunning sunset view. On a clear day, Catalina Island can also be seen from the property!
The backyard is a family's paradise, complete with various seating areas and games around the pool, ensuring fun for all ages. Adults can relax in the sun while keeping an eye on the kids as they enjoy the pool.
On the right side of the house you will see a small side entrance, this entrance and side walkway is off limits to guests. We have a quiet long term tenant that lives in a detached unit under the house. You are welcome to say hi and ask him if you need anything during your stay. He is a very quiet and sweet man that you will not see much of at all.
