1. Is the condo pet-friendly? Yes! We welcome 1 dog per stay for a $200 pet fee. Please note that dangerous breeds are not permitted. If you have a different type of pet, please message us before booking.
2. Where do we park? You will have 2 assigned parking spaces located at the garage level, conveniently right outside your door. Please ensure you only park in your designated spots.
3. Do we need to bring our own beach gear? No need to overpack! We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards for our guests to use during their stay.
4. Is the condo air-conditioned? Yes, the unit features Central A/C and Heating to keep you comfortable year-round.
5. What kind of coffee maker is in the kitchen? We offer both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can enjoy your morning coffee exactly how you like it.
6. Are there stairs to access the beach? Our condo features direct gate access to The Strand, making it incredibly easy to walk right out to the beach and nearby dining.
7. Can I log into my Netflix/Hulu accounts? Yes! The condo is equipped with Smart TVs and high-speed gigabit Wi-Fi. Just remember to log out of your streaming accounts before you check out.
8. Is there a washer and dryer? Yes, there is a private washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful family vacation here. The condo had everything we needed when we wanted to stay in and was in a great location to walk to anything else we wanted or needed. Great communication Would absolutely recommend. 10 out of 10

Great Getaway Spot

The condo was so nice, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The underground parking was amazing since we had our own spot, and it was very secure (which is a big plus in Oceanside). You can access the sand just a few steps away, and the best part was listening to the waves all day and night. It was so relaxing. If you like to people-watch, this is your spot.

Great Location

Location is walking distance to sandy beach area, beautiful views, and great for people watching. Parking right outside your door is a huge plus for us. Inside is exactly as described and shown in pictures. We will be back.

Spacious accommodations and great view!

The accommodations were just right for our family of six. Everything was clean and updated. The patio on the ocean front was terrific and only marred by the slow parade of cars that drive the one-way road in front. I guess this was also a source of some entertainment. The gas tabletop fire did not work, but there was another tower heater that did. We walked the 4 blocks to the sand beach and then up to the pier and beyond for a fun time. There are plenty of choices close by for good food and drink. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Great spot!

I thought it’d be a little easier to access the beach than it was (high tide most of the day means you have to walk down a ways) but it was still awesome. It’s ground level, so be aware that every living person walking by is going to gawk inside, but the shades were easy to use and gave us privacy when we got sick of being on display. We hope to return soon!

Truly lovely unit because of the view and the easy access to everything Oceanside. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is huge, unit itself very roomy. They either need new cleaning people or new cleaning products. Huge floor to ceiling mirror wall upon arrival was filthy. Needs new carpeting in bedrooms and new rugs in living room. Needs new dishwasher. Just an overhaul of the entire unit would make it perfect.

Wonderful getaway

Wonderful getaway. Myself and a few girlfriends continued an annual beach vacation for a few days. The unit was lovely with everything we could require. Laundry soap, washer dryer, all kitchen gadgets needed, extra towels and sheets. The unit could use a little updating with cabinets and cleaner rugs on the floor although knowing it’s a Beach unit it’s understandable. My only recommendation would be if there was a way to have screens on the wonderful sliding doors. Would love to have heard the ocean more but could not leave them opened as there were a lot of flies there that decided to come in! But all in all would definitely come back

Lovely to be close to Ocean.

We enjoyed the location watching the high tide crashing over rocks. The Sandy beach( beautiful) Was too far away to walk(1 mile). The Condo very well appointed , but showing some wear and tear. the 3 of us had a great vacation .

Perfect and Clean

Nice place, very clean and what we expected. The only issue we had is all the cars that cruise the Strand! Although it is entertaining but kind of a pain if you have to drive somewhere.

Great communication but was DIRTY

Let me start by saying that the communication was great and response to issues was quick. However I wish I could post a picture of the amount of animal hair that WE had to vacuum up because when my sister sat on one of the rugs to stretch her back she got up and was covered in dog hair. By the time we finished vacuuming the entire container was full. I was disappointed and disgusted at the same time. Ther thing that were either broken and not fixed or simply didn’t work like the fire pit attached to the table ( one of the main reasons why we stayed there, fire ,view and drinks) listen I lived on the strand for 3 yrs and I know that the ocean air destroys things however when renting a million plus home I expect better. We were refunded the fee to get in at 2:00 instead of 4:00 $111.00)and told we could stay till 12 on check out instead of 10 which was nice and we were asked if we wanted the cleaners to come but I declined as we had already cleaned the entire home as a family so we could get on with the reason we were there a 25th wedding anniversary for my sister that came from Kentucky and my parents and my other sister who lives close by. We actually left a day and half early because we could not take the animal dander any longer a few of us were so stuffed up and itchy eyed it was not worth it. Also Oceanside has some strange people and they stare you down as they walk by its pretty creepy as well as constant music and cars driving by till late in the evening. I would never rent a bottom floor again for that reason. I will never rent a home that is not rented by the owner due to issues like this. I feel that they can not see to the cleanliness or care of the home like someone who personally owns it. Who ever it was I was dealing with was nice and prompt but I was not happy with the stay at all sadly as it was 2 yrs in the making due to covid and only to be completely disappointed. I never leave bad reviews but this one was to much .
