With two 3 bd/2 bth houses right next to each other, this is the PERFECT place for a big family or multiple families making a vacation to North County, San Diego.

Want to host a retreat? Between the two houses, we have 6 bedrooms and 9 beds. This is a great spot for an intimate, coastal getaway.

Got a big group of skydivers who plan to do GoJump in Oceanside? We're 10 minutes away.

Participating in a tournament at Goat Hill Park Golf Course? We're 1.5 miles away.

Get to the beach in 5 minutes, or cruise over to Legoland only 7 miles away.

Rinse off from the beach in our outdoor surfboard shower and cozy up around the fire pit at night!

The Space:
Each house is 3 bedrooms, 2 bath.

In the front house (1000 sq ft), the rooms and beds are as follows:

- First bedroom - 1 queen bed and work desk

- Second bedroom - 1 twin over full bunk bed with a third full mattress that can be pulled out from under the bunk

- Third bedroom - 1 queen bed with a private bathroom

- Living room - 1 full pull out couch

In the back house (1200 sq ft), the rooms and beds are as follows:

- First bedroom - 1 full over full bunk bed

- Second bedroom - 1 queen bed with a work desk

- Third bedroom - 1 queen bed with a private bathroom

In front of the front house there is a sand pit area with a grill and fire pit and chairs, great for gathering

In between the two houses (behind the front and in front of the back) there is a patio area with a fire table, seating, another grill, and an outdoor surfboard shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the full property, both houses, each with their own code to get in.
The driveway is fairly large and can acomodate 5-6 cars.
