This ground-floor escape brings the Pacific breeze and rhythmic surf right to your door for an authentic local stay. Sleeping arrangements:
Restful retreats await in a private bedroom featuring a plush King bed with high-end linens and pillows. For extra visitors, the living space includes a cozy sofa sleeper. We ensure a seamless stay by providing soft bath towels and all your essential toiletries.

Living area:
The living space features a large Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for effortless streaming and video calls. Contemporary furnishings and fresh finishes create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining:
The culinary space features a gas range, oven, fridge, and microwave. You’ll find all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and pantry basics. A dedicated dining nook provides the ideal setting for your morning coffee or a relaxed coastal dinner.

Centrally placed between Downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad, you're steps from the coast's best cafes, breweries, and shops. Stroll 25 minutes to the Pier, bike the shoreline, or drive 5 minutes south to explore Carlsbad Village.

Guest access:
Enjoy the entire suite to yourself for the duration of your stay. Since the building is shared with long-term residents, we kindly ask that guests respect the quiet, local neighborhood vibe.

Private parking:
Enjoy exclusive access to Garage #4, plus an additional parking spot directly in front. Your unique garage code will be provided upon check-in for a smooth arrival.

Street sweeping:
Street sweeping occurs on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month before 10:00 AM. Please ensure your vehicle is off the street during these times to avoid a city ticket.

Nearby train:
Oceanside is a historic coastal rail town. While a city noise ordinance has significantly reduced train horn frequency since 2023, you may occasionally hear a distant horn during low-visibility weather.

Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend with our furry family member. The apt is very cute and in a great location. We walked several times each day to choose from several great local coffee and lunch spots. It was also a 5 minute drive to Carlsbad Village for more great spots!

Ocean Apartment 2 blocks from Beach

The owner was very nice, responsive and communicated well. We were disappointed we booked a property with A/C however upon arriving the AC did not work. We asked the owner and he said there is no AC and the property should not have been listed with AC. Had we known this at booking, we would have booked another property. Also important for other travelers to know...the property is located adjacent to the train tracks. The train passes at all hours and regular intervals. Kitchen supplies are very minimal. The beach chairs were a nice addition, and the back patio was a great place to sit. Neighborhood was quiet and property was gated.

Very nice and clean apartment. Even closer to the ocean than it looked on the map. (It’s on the ocean side of the train tracks.) There are quite a few trains that go by all day long, but the noise was never unbearable, and I think they stopped after midnight until 5am or so (not 100% sure because we were asleep). Check in process and communication with host Justin was simple and easy. Would stay again.

Very conveniently located- easy walking-Perfect for a couple. Appreciated having coffee & filtered water. Owner very friendly and helpful.If back in the area I would stay again and I highly recommend this cute place.
