Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. This 1200 sq. ft. property features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The living room boasts a cozy queen sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The Seacoast bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the Bermuda and Sand Dollar bedrooms each have a queen bed, providing a restful night's sleep for everyone.

Step outside to your private deck, where you can enjoy the serene ocean views and fresh coastal breezes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a coffee maker to a full set of cookware and utensils. Unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit for a memorable evening under the stars.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Because of the rain event, when we arrived the steps and patio that led to the front door was filled with water! Inside the large window facing the ocean was leaking water. The oven also did not work, but we figured out by unplugging the stove and plugging it back it reset the front panel. Overall its a beautiful place, but feel that these mishaps should be addressed. We would love to return!

Breathtakingly Beautiful!

This was absolutely incredible! I am having withdrawals. Waking up everyday to the most beautiful view never got old! It was so incredible to have our private beach, and then to also be able to walk directly down (4 steps through the rock path) to the public beach. The rooms were large, bathrooms were perfect, kitchen was lovely, family room was large enough to all hang out, the decks were incredible. It was incredible and beautiful and full of so much charm. All the secure, private parking and access to the garage was awesome. Can’t wait to come back! Everything was in fantastic condition.

Couldn’t be closer to the ocean!

My husband and I needed a little getaway and this house was perfect! It was spotless and so organized! The view was beyond amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals and the knives were even sharpened! The bed was so comfortable, the linens and towels so nice. We can’t wait to stay again!

Anniversary/Babymoon Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary/babymoon with our 2 dogs and had a FANTASTIC stay. The location couldn't be better and our dogs loved being able to explore a sandy/beachy area for the first time. There isn't much time you're able to be down by the shore before the waves overtake it, but just being right on the water is so nice. There were some ants in the kitchen and bathroom, along with some little things that were broken in the house (locks, door stopper, etc.), but it definitely wouldn't deter us from staying here again. You also do not have to do anything before leaving (any cleaning, stripping beds, etc), the property management team takes care of all that which is very nice. We hope to be back one day for sure!

Sweeping Seaside Bungalow

On the beach with oceanfront views to enjoy. Sandy beach with accessible rocky shoreline. Enjoyed S’mores around beachside firepit at night and sighted porpoises offshore in day. Really a great family getaway for all. Location is fabulous! As mentioned there are stairs, and refrigerator could be upsized. Would stay again! Maintenance needs were promptly responded to, although at least 2 were from prior guests. Older house, so Maint needs do crop up. Reco housekeeping do better at reporting obvious issues between guests.

This house is small and definitely dated. However, compared to older reviews, this property has been updated to resolve many of the concerns. We did not encounter any unsafe patio or floor areas. Location is amazing right on the ocean. Due to tides, we had a brief hour or two during our stay to really play on the beach in front of the rocks. Would consider coming back

Great house and location.

Easy to get in and out. Property communication was fantastic and quick to respond. Only thing I would say would be to bring water shoes. The sand wasn’t really visible until our last day and needed shoes to get through the rocks into the water.

Overall great, but...

Overall we had a great stay. The location alone was worth it, with the private beach and 180° ocean views. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very stocked. The photos of the interior are somewhat misleading though. Things were quite a bit shabbier and more "worn" than the photos show and the living room couches were some of the most uncomfortable we've ever sat on! The refrigerator barely kept food cold and I imagine if you put a lot of food in there, you might have trouble with it. Also, loose electrical cover plates and whatnot were a bit concerning with a one-year-old in the house, but again, overall it was fine and nothing that was wrong was a deal breaker. Do be aware the 3rd bedroom is really just an enclosed part of the porch and it was LOUD with the crashing waves. We got used to it, but it really was very loud for sleeping, not some gentle crashing of waves but more like a constant freight train when it was high tide (which of course coincided with when we were trying to fall asleep!). It was easy to check in and out and when we need the deck umbrella replaced because it was broken, they were there within an hour to bring a new one. Overall we really enjoyed our trip and again, we knew we were paying for the location and easy ocean access and we were not disappointed with that.

Right on the Water

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is so close to the ocean that spray from the waves reaches the window screens! It is an older house, but has been well preserved, which gives you a feel of what an original beach cottage would feel like. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill, firepit and hot tub all worked well. This is not one of the neighboring mansions but is a very unique place. Parking is easy. There is a significant walk down twisting stairs to the house. Not a good choice if you are older or have accessibility concerns. However, for a family with two teens, it was great.

A great house right on the water

Our family was able to safely get together for a quiet beach front get away. The check in and check out was very easy. The staff was very accommodating and available if there were any needs. We loved the porch overlooking the ocean and the private beach. We look forward to staying again soon.

Beach Cottage With an Amazing View

Beach cottage nestled between mansions. The neighbor told me it was just sold by an old surfer guy. The house itself is old (built in the 1930s) and could use some improvements, but it’s clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. The view of the ocean off the porch cannot be beat! The private beach was perfect for social distancing and when the tide was low we were able to walk along the beach in the water. We enjoyed the fire pit in the sand at night. Would stay again.
