Green Lotus Rental is in the HEART of the complex next to ALL it has to offer, which means you WILL hear other guests and children. If you prefer absolute peace and quiet, please consider booking a different condo.
Six (6) guests max allowed. If you have other friends or family renting another unit, you may have up to 4 additional âday visitorsâ until 10 pm. For larger gatherings, please use the large public balcony outside our unit or the BBQ deck or game room. Thanks for understanding.
Toward the end of May/early June the city of Oceanside dredges the beach directly in front of the complex for a few days. They do not announce the exact dates and we have no control over this. If you happen to be here those few days, we suggest using the beach down by the pier.
Being in a resort complex, North Coast Village has very specific rules including the following:
There is ONE parking spot reserved for the Green Lotus Rental.
There are additional âfirst comeâ parking spots but if they are all taken your second car will need to park in the paid parking lot across the street.
Guests must be 25 to reserve.
Strict no pets policy throughout the entire resort.
Strict quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am.
The entire resort is smoke-free including balconies and open spaces.
If rule violations result in a fine from HOA patrol officers, you will agree to pay the any fines incurred.
Parking garage overhead height is 6â6â and 16â length in parking space. Vehicles must be parked face forward and not backed into assigned parking space. If you or your guests park in 24 hour non-reserved parking spaces, you must remove your vehicle prior to the 24 hour period is up. The HOW gives $50 fines for each violation.
