Wake up to a beautiful morning at this 1BR bungalow and enjoy the sun in a shared open patio. Start the day with a cup of coffee at one of the many charming cafes nearby. Located in the heart of downtown and only a 5 min walk to the famous Oceanside Pier & beach, with many delicious restaurants to choose from.

Perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay by the beach.

The bedroom has 1 queen bed and a desk where you can get some work done before heading to the beach.

Living room has a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed. You will have access to free wifi and a smart tv you can use to access your favorite streaming services. Air conditioning is available in some parts of the home and fans are available upon request.

Bathroom has a shower and comes with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and a stacked washer/dryer to knock out all of your dirty clothes so you can afford to pack light for your trip.

Parking for 1 compact car is provided, and there is additional street parking available (You should be aware of street signage, such as street sweeping days).

Head into the full kitchen to take advantage of the stainless steel appliances and a dining table to enjoy your early morning breakfasts and quick snacks before heading out for a day of sightseeing. Take a break from the kitchen? You'll have all kinds of amazing restaurants within walking distance, and there are unique shopping opportunities nearby as well. The beach is only a few blocks away, so be sure to bring lots of sunscreen along!

There are countless restaurants and coffee shops, all within walking distance, that make staying at the Tremont Bungalows a special experience.

Every Thursday morning the farmers market is a great place to get fresh produce and meet locals who love Oceanside.

Every Thursday night from 5pm to 9pm, the bustling Night Market is set up just steps away from your door. We highly recommend checking out the Night Market for tons of great food options and a family friendly environment.

The Oceanside Harbor is also a great activity for all ages. You'll find amazing restaurants, paddle board and paddle boats for rent, whale tours, and so much more!

First things first. We arrived a week early (completely our fault) and panicked when we realized, esp. high season at the ocean, but our host Justin Heo was Amazing! He quickly changed our reservation to accommodate us and "made it happen"! That alone deserves 5 stars. As to the trip- cottage was exactly as stated, in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities. Extra nice having a washer/dryer available, especially after using the beach. Within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. 5 minutes to the beach, through a beautiful neighborhood. Also a quick walk if you want to catch the Coaster to San Diego. There is a beautiful garden on the property which we enjoyed relaxing there after dinner, with our pups. We highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for a relaxing stay in a safe place, close to the fun & festivities Oceanside has to offer! Thanks again Justin, you're a great host!

The security of the property is barely adequate. Property manager should install a secure screen door and replace the lock on the front door, especially with the entrance opening right onto the sidewalk. Communication with host was problematic as well.

Great location in Downtown Oceanside. Easy walking distance to food, drinks, and beach. Street parking was easy to find when we arrived (pay attention to street sweeping signs though). Communication was quick and easy. Thanks for a nice stay!

Oceanside Tremont unit

I have stayed in the Tremont unit many times and always look forward to returning. Super clean and has everything I need. I walk to the pier with surfboard daily and enjoy lots of good Mexican food nearby. I never drive my car while staying here. I walk everywhere, great location for me. Justin is easy to reach and is a hands on owner. The food court nearby can get a bit noisy on Thursday and Saturday nights, the neighborhood is great otherwise. I recommend this unit.

My husband and I enjoyed this property. I would suggest that you have some condiments in the kitchen. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was to have use of a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal, unfortunately, there were no basics, ie: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, etc. just a suggestion.

Our Cozy visit

My wife and I are retired seniors who like to travel and stay in a home type setting and this place met our needs. If I may suggest a couple of things! We did locate the coffee pot but have become accustomed to using a Kuerig, it’s convenient and the pods are easy to travel with, condiments, salt & pepper would also be nice. Lastly, the the cozy shower stall with shower head alone make it difficult to rinse, a head with an attached hose would be beneficial and convenient! We would consider this place in the future Thank you
