SUPERBE UNITÉ DE NIVEAU SUPÉRIEUR d’un duplex avec 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est située directement sur la plage à Oceanside, Californie! Un escalier (13 marches) doit être emprunté pour arriver à l'emplacement de l'unité. Salon, salle à manger et cuisine ouverts, hauts plafonds et belles vues sur l'océan! Hors du salon, il y a un grand balcon privé donnant sur l'océan. Vous avez également une plage semi-privée (partagée avec 2 autres unités du bâtiment).

Un débordement est disponible à notre bureau à Oceanside, situé au 1640 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054.

Great response to our requests/texts.Was disappointed in the internet service (which affected the TV/streaming services). We were told to re-set the router. It was constant and frustrating trying to watch holiday movies. Normally it wouldn't have been such an issue, but due to the rainy/stormy weather, we hoped to use the service more than normal.

Really amazing place

I really don’t have a complaint. I did 4* just to show they are a little rigid on the checkin time unless you pay more. 5-15 min early would be minor but helpful. Forget it though because if you can come here do it. Really nice place and once in a lifetime views. Waves singing you to sleep. Just do it.

Nice location and view

We had a great time at this property as it's a perfect location in Oceanside. The view is exceptional as it feels like you're on a cruise in how you hover over the ocean. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, the living room spacious with huge flat screen TV, and bedrooms both beyond spacious. There's nice light emanating from the windows in the vaulted ceilings. If you open the glass doors to the large balcony, it becomes an open air space that makes it so relaxing. We were beyond pleased with the location as you can surf right out front if you want and it's not crowded. So we had a great stay. We will be back!

This part of Pacific is a lot quieter and right on the water so the views are breathtaking. We enjoyed how it wasn’t a party scene nearby and during low tide, the beach is perfection. Although small, the two rooms are spacious and cozy. The parking is plentiful as well. I hope to stay here again!

Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony is nice, comfortable furniture and the grill was either new or someone gave it an incredible deep clean! We’ve rented through Beach Front in the past and will do so again. We appreciate the cleanliness and their attention to detail!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed our 5 day, 4 night stay at this ocean front rental. There was so much space to spread out and had large bedrooms. All supplies such as cooking utensils, dishes, and cookware to bedding were supplied. Everything was very open and clean with large windows and huge balcony overlooking the ocean. We had an issue with the TV and the fire pit outside and they sent maintenance over in a very timely manner to fix it. Customer service was very friendly and easy to work with.

The only thing wrong is the kitchen cabinets need major upgrading and they should put in some Cali Bamboo flooring. Oh! The slider windows came off the track so they had to put them back for us. These three upgrades would make the house absolutely perfect! Still a great place :) we will be back!

The only complaints are that the steps to the beach this year had a large drop with rocks below making it slightly difficult to get to beach with small children. Secondly, every time we arrive the house is sweltering hot and takes hours to cool down. Lastly the floors have grooves in them that the sand settles in so The first day your feet are filthy. I have heavily mopped both times after arriving and then the floors are fine. The house is close to pier, lots of parking, and lots of amenities. The couch could also stand a good cleaning.

They were actually taking out the dinnerware & silverware and hand washing everything, before putting it all back in place! We had a small window issue that was repaired within an hour. Because we had a small issue with the large window, the manager of the glass company came out and made the repair. He also suggested the other two large living/dining room windows were leaking, (moisture building up) that they have a ten year full warranty - that the owner/management company) should call and they will replace both windows at no charge. The management company was extremely accommodating and attentive to any of our requests/questions.. Great condo - great view - and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing.

Breathtaking Condo and Views

This place was the perfect beach getaway. The condo we stayed in was the top floor (out of 2 or 3 units) of the property and sits on the beach. The view was incredible especially during sunset. It’s close (maybe a mile) to all the Oceanside restaurants, shops and the pier but far enough away from the crowds. South (approximately 2 miles) of the property is the town of Carlsbad which also has a ton of restaurants and shops. Before check-in the staff was very communicative. Check-in was a breeze, got a whole garage to ourselves and during our stay there honestly were no issues or reasons to contact management. We had everything we needed for our two night stay. Note that the beach at the property is rocky with a little patch of sand which is very clear in the photos. Just a 10 minute walk north you’ll hit the beach strand path and wide open beaches. The condo was very clean. I brought a friend with me and we each took a bedroom. Each bedroom has two built-in day beds so can fit 4 people per bedroom. I rented this place in April and the weather was perfect. 70’s and sunny. Each morning we sat on our balcony and watched birds and dolphins with our morning coffee. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company was very nice and responsive but the property is in disrepair. For $1000 per night you’d expect more than broken, damaged, and stained furniture. The house is in bad need of touch up paint. The cabinet drawers and doors are broken. The dishwasher is literally falling apart but remarkably, still works. I could write a list of 100 things that need to be done. One of us was bitten by a spider while sleeping so regular pest controlIs clearly needed. The unit below us was rented to a group of young men who were loud, disruptive, and inconsiderate. When I called to report this, nothing was done.

Falling apart

Not sure where to start, the kitchen cabinets falling apart, broken ice maker, broken microwave, broken down dishwasher, not enough cookware or dishes! It’s honestly falling apart! Does not look like the listing at all! Patio doors rusted and don’t close. Floors are squishy feels like you are going to fall thru! It’s not worth $20 a night! Beware!!!!

Good not great

The beach view was absolutely gorgeous. Pictures don’t even do it justice. Other than that, things were kind of just ok. The house is definitely rough around the edges. The sandy area is nice in that it is private, but the sand is full of junk and I didn’t want my dog cutting her foot on something. The worst part was that the house next door was clearly abandoned/dilapidated, and there was a homeless person squatting there. You could see in through the back doors/windows, and the house was totally empty except for a bare mattress on the ground, and garbage everywhere. The man was often outside in the neighboring house’s backyard area, which is directly facing the backyard area of this home. He was yelling and acting erratically, and long story short I didn’t even feel comfortable using the outdoor area. I was only able to use the upper balcony for outdoor time, which was a huge bummer. I know the owner of this house can’t control what goes on next door, and I do have compassion for the man’s situation, but it was a shame that it had to kind of ruin my (very expensive) vacation stay. Overall did not feel super safe so that is something I would keep in mind for future renters!

Beach house review

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Happy with the view from the patio. It was beautiful. But the house is very worn down... bathroom floors are warped from water damage. Biggest issue was there is NO Beach access as promised. The picture is misleading. At low tide you can see hints of sand however there is no access to it unless you want to climb over huge sharp boulders. Even the access 150 ft away is blocked with boulders. So we had to drive to beach and fight for parking on a holiday weekend. Master bathroom water smelled like sewage. Electricity didn’t work in half the kitchen. BBQer broken. Wouldn’t get hotter than 250°. (Both of them). Air conditioners don’t cool down house except in bedrooms, those worked great. Trash (empty bottles) found in coffee table drawers. Key pad from garage to inside house didn’t work. Only one lounge chair on our private patio for a party of 6. Maintenance came once ( dishwasher didn’t work) he Was very nice and fixed it.

The rooms were a great size. Everything you need is here. If we didn’t have it, we called and they brought it to us. We had internet problems once and they immediately came and fixed it. I can not say enough good things about this condo or Beachfront Only. We give it easily FIVE STARS.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time renting the top unit. We absolutely love the view here! It's spectacular all day and even into the early evening. The kitchen has everything you need to make large meals. Only downsides are the small ice machine and lack of central air conditioning. Since it doesn't get too hot near the ocean, the lack of A/C isn't a big deal at all, but just FYI. Management was great and attentive before, during, and even after our stay. Highly Recommend!

Things look different on the photos as the do in real life. The upkeep looked not as polished as the video tutorial. But, it was a very pleasant place and would stay here again. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great. We had some issues with (on our end) using the TV. We called management and they can quickly and were very helpful and got us watching American Idol! There were a few other calls, such as batteries for remotes and management was very prompt in getting to us. It is very different being right on the ocean. I found it very hard to sit at the patio, enjoy the scenery, I couldn't see out past the glass... the salt water is a bit rough on the glass. It was a fun area to visit and the sunsets were amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very roomy and comfortable. The bed and bedding is great! The kitchen is very roomy and has all the items you might need plus room to put you food away. The refrigerator is new and large but the ice maker didn’t work, the water did. This was a big inconvenience. They did provide a small counter ice maker but it was pretty useless. The balcony is great and the glass walls are wonderful. The sliding glass doors in the living room are very difficult to open and we couldn’t get them to slide open. The yard was great but the gate to the beach was locked I assume due to the stairs being messed up. I really wish they would fix this issue as it’s a pain to have to haul all your beach stuff down the road to get to the beach to set up. They if you need something or the restroom you have the hike back. Defeats the Beachfront use.
