INDOORS

This rare condo is located on the third floor of an exclusive community and offers stunning dual views. From the living room and balcony, you can enjoy a serene panorama of the harbor, while the bedroom provides direct ocean views. Drift off to sleep to the soothing sound of the waves and wake up to sunlight shimmering on the water. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, and the marina-facing patio is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The living room features a spacious dining area and a large sectional pull-out sofa. The bathroom boasts dual vanity sinks and a generous walk-in shower. The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a large closet, and a ceiling fan. Additionally, the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper, making it ideal for accommodating overnight guests. Unit comes with one reserved parking spot.

Please NOTE: This unit does not have Air Conditioning. Many units located at the beach do not have this amenity due to the continued airflow from the ocean and cooler overnight temperatures. Ceiling fans and stand-up fans provide ample airflow for guests to enjoy their stay.

This condo complex is the only one situated between Oceanside's harbor and beachfront, making it a truly unique Southern California destination. Harbor Beach is just steps away! Located right on the beach within the exclusive gated community of Oceanside Harbor, the complex features a heated community pool and spa. The pool area includes two large BBQ grills and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. This condo comes with one assigned parking space.

Family Vacation

Great location, only a minute walk to beach and harbor, shops, restaurants. 15 walk to Oceanside pier. Convenient location to drive to San Diego. Loved having designated parking spot included. The condo was clean, had needed kitchen/cooking utensils, pans etc. No A/C, so it got a bit warm, but fans and opening windows/screen doors helped. 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board and beach towels available for use. Cindy, the property manager was helpful and great to work with. We'll definitely return for another stay.

Perfect Place!

We truly loved our stay here! The location is perfect. Steps to the beach and restaurants, shops, bars and activities. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was beautifully decorated with a peaceful harbour view from the balcony. We will definite stay here again!!

Beautiful rental!!

This rental property is absolutely beautiful and has an excellent view of the harbor. It was very clean and close to the beach. Sky Harbor village was right behind the property, which made it easy to get something to eat or a fun hat. A wagon, boogie boards, and shades were provided. A nice little bonus was finding various styles of cellphone chargers in the nightstand drawers for guest use. The view from the balcony, overlooking over harbor and watching the deals, was a delightful morning treat! Unfortunately the check-in process was less than desirable. The office manager was very rude and not helpful. Our parking space was taken and we had to go back to the office 2 times times to try to inform the office manager that we had nowhere to park. Both times she told us just to park anywhere, even if it was a reserved parking. She was very dismissive and made us feel like we were bothering her. Luckily the person that was visiting someone else came out and moved their vehicle.

Great View, Awesome Location

View of the Marina was amazing and the proximity to the beach was as good as we could have asked for. Still within walking distance of downtown Oceanside as well so we had access to most things without a car. Cindy was accommodating and made the check in process very smooth. Property was clean and well maintained. This will be going on the short list of places we will consider staying in the future.

Wonderful Vacation

Great condo and very clean and well furnished with everything we needed. Great location to walk to food, coffee, and shopping at the harbor. Water sports and the beach is across the street. A very nice pool area and gated safety a plus. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean and looked like the picture. Right across the street from the beach so reserved parking was wonderful. The pool was just right and very refreshing. Nice cool breeze with the windows open. Great view of the marina.

Great beach location and comfy get away

Loved this cute little unit perfectly situated, walkable to the beach and the marina with shops and restaurants. The condo is super comfortable, with a wonderful deck. Wished I could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay

Very clean property, great location! We knew pool was under construction but did not know entire parking lot was also. Options were to luck out on free spot or have to pay to park. AC in unit did not work. Overall the location and apartment were great, would definitely stay here again!
