It’s all about the great location and walking not only to the beach but all the new restaurants and hotels. If you dont want to rent a car it’s an easy walk from the train station! But if you have cars, we have two indoor reserved spots

Guest Contract and House Rules
1. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M.

2. This is a NON SMOKING property .
2b Pets with prepaid pet fee PER PET. Pets must be in locked kennel if you leave and no animals on furniture or beds or extra fees will be charged

3. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form.

4. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents.

5. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home.

6. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties.

7. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure.

8. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an `as is,` `whereas, and with all faults` condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, street or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (`Representatives`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties.

10. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal . If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items.

11. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night.

12. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, the home will be tidy and left in good condition. This includes all dishes and kitchen surfaces, taking out all trash from yard and home and placing in containers provided, sweeping all the floors and removing the sand, returning indoor and outdoor furniture back to where it was found, wipe up any obvious spills, stains. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged.

13. Pet, one pet per fee, with a prepaid cleaning fee for animal hair and dander removal. Pets can not be left alone in any room or any part of the house if owner is not there or is sleeping. Animal must be with you or in a kennel when you are sleeping or when you leave the home. Animals panic and cause damage if you leave them in the home for just a few minutes. No pets on beds or furniture at any time. Please bring pet bedding and kennel. Only one pet per stay or pet fee and must be under 15 lbs. No large dogs.

14. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason.

Location, Location, Location. Great rooftop. Views are a bit obstructed. Our only complaint was that the pillows were very uncomfortable and too firm along with the beds being too soft. The lighting in the condo is nice, having dimmers would be a great feature because the lighting is very bright! Kitchen was great, plenty of cooking options and fully equipped. The walking ability was just what we wanted. My son was 3 and loved the train, which you could hear throughout the day/night. Overall good condo with the location being great.

Home is just as described, beautiful decor, newer construction and met all the needs of our family for a long Labor Day Birthday weekend. The kitchen was equipped with quality dishes, well organized and new household items. Each bathroom included soap, shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the rooftop deck. It’s is a vertical house, so you must be okay with stairs. My mom has a harder time with stairs but managed this property well. Great location for restaurants, night life and of course the beach. The common area outdoor shower at the floor level was a nice surprise
the water was even warm! The train running behind the house is noticeable at first, but was not a noise problem at all. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you to the host for an easy booking, sharing your beautiful home and your prompt responses.

Well equipped condo in a fabulous location. You’re just a block away from the beach. Great selection of restaurants in the area as well. Beds were super cozy and the rooftop was the perfect spot for morning coffee. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Oceanside family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants and just a 10 minute drive to Legoland for the grandchildren. My grandson’s loved visiting a reptile shop got to hold some creatures. I definitely got my 10,000 steps in. The train is right behind the house but you get used to the noise. The host answered questions right away. Thanks for a comfortable stay in Oceanside.

Great location, nice building. Walking to the beach is great. Not much of a view from the unit, but that’s ok. Parking for two cars is very nice as street parking can be hard to find. Beds and furnishings were nice. The floors were VERY dirty, probably vacuumed but not actually cleaned resulting in dirty socks. The kitchen facet was falling off and needed to be tightened (not possible the cleaner missed that before check in). The foosball table in the pictures is no longer in the unit which was disappointing.

Great Oceanside Escape

Terrific home for sisters getaway with plenty of space to hang out or have alone time. The home is well appointed so you just need to bring yourselves and some food. The roof top deck was amazing with great views and plenty of fresh air. The location was perfect as we could walk to everything - not only the beach but great bars and restaurants. The only downside was the noise from the train station behind the property. We did get used to it after a day so it was no longer a bother. I would rent this property again.

Weekend Getaway

Thank You so much for an amazing stay! We came in from Colorado for a wedding and had an amazing stay. 1 block from the ocean we went for runs on the beach, walked to restaurants, and drivable to all the attractions. One caveat that I’d point out is if you are a light sleeper beware the house backs right up to the train stations. Trains started early morning and go until about 11 ish no bother to us but pur light sleeper suffered a bit. Overall amazing stay we will be back!

Family met our Grandson, who is stationed in California, for the weekend. The condo was perfect in every way. We would definitely stay again. Walking distance to beach and downtown shopping and dining. Perfect Stay!

Spring Break getaway

Beautiful rental, great location, awesome parking and comfy space. Large rooftop for amazing breakfast and beautiful dinners. We will definitely be back!
