Your first step into D-305 will be the start of a relaxing and distinctly unique experience. D305 is tucked away in a quiet and secure area of the resort with no street noise. D-305's furnishings are casual and elegant emphasizing a sophisticated, nautical theme.
New sandy colored vinyl flooring has recently been installed as well as a new queen size sofa bed. This comfortable sofa bed is extremely easy to use. The cushions remain on the sofa and it can be opened and closed using one hand. There is no middle bar and the mattress is very comfortable. A new dining room table with six gray leather chairs and two new gray leather bar chairs were also recently added. The white quartz top table and gray covered chairs look fantastic and add to the beach feel of the unit. Other upgrades include new white shaker cabinets in kitchen and both BR's, a farmhouse sink, new refrigerator and granite countertop of ocean colors in the kitchen. The back splash in the kitchen is a pretty color called Driftwood.
Modern touches include, flat screen TV's in living room and each bedroom & the unit is wifi enabled. The downstairs bedroom has a plush queen size and fullsize bed with a 40' wall-mounted flat screen TV & DVD player. Two closets are downstairs to provide ample space. There is a lot of storage space in D305 including extra kitchen cabinets, a pantry, a large armoire and spacious closets with shelving. Both BR's have a beautiful misty green quartz countertops and new fixtures and sink. The back splashes are of glistening glass which capture the sparkles of the ocean. The upstairs bedroom has two sinks which is a wonderful convenience and a rare find in the complex.
The family room is inviting with two sofas including the aforementioned elegant sofa bed, and a new, soft leather rocker recliner chair along with a 55"' wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV & DVD player. The kitchen is completely stocked with nautical themed dishes and glassware. An extra cabinet was added and there is also a storage pantry. There is a full array of pots and pans, ample paper goods, blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, etc. New baseboards and new shower fixtures were added in 11/16. Step onto the balcony and enjoy the breaking waves and view the surfers as they try to catch that perfect wave. Sip your beverage while enjoying recently added bar additions to both balconies. Both balconies are equipped with comfortable tables, chairs and lounge chairs to take advantage of the the beautiful ocean views and surrounding areas. The surrounding palm trees and lush landscape only enhance an already perfect view. You will fall in love with the upstairs bedroom. Our white Carolina-style furniture with soothing sea colors of blue and green adorn the loft bedroom. An extra-large closet as well as ample drawers are available as well.
A large balcony off the bedroom makes you feel like you are on top of the world. In this king size bed with luxurious sheets and bedding, you will sleep like a baby. Each morning you will awaken to the sounds of the ocean and to a day of unlimited possibilities. Rest in bed and enjoy the wall mounted 42" flat screen TV, or perhaps, you may want to go for a long leisurely walk along the ocean, swim, go to yoga class or the gym. Another choice is to just enjoy the sights from your beach chair. Enjoy the huge, heated pool and jacuzzi surrounded by landscape that is so beautiful you will think that you are in an exotic getaway.
If you have children, there are hungry fish and ducks to feed, search for sand dollars or enjoy the putting green. A little barbeque on the grill and the day will be perfect. In the evening, enjoy a drink or dinner on the balcony, recreational games, happy hour at a harbor restaurant overlooking the bay or an evening stroll. Everything is there waiting for you. If you have children they will enjoy the many kid friendly indoor and outdoor activities in the complex and unit as well as amusement places such as Lego Land which is close by.
