The property offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and both indoor and outdoor areas to relax.
The ground floor bedroom accommodates a kingsize bed, bed side tables, indoor seating area for two overlooking the pool and sea. The dressing area contains twin sinks with ample closet space, leading to separate bathroom and shower room.
Each of the first floor bedrooms also offer a dressing area with twin sinks, ample closet space and separate bathroom and shower room. One bedroom with a kingsize bed and the other with two matrimonial size beds. Both have balconies with stunning views of the ocean. The first floor bedrooms share an outside patio area with ocean views, a great spot for yoga!
The first floor also provides a TV room and patio with mountain views whre you can contemplate the sunri There is fast wifi throughout the property. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher with drinkable filtered water from either the refrigerator or sink tap. There is a breakfast bar for four people.
The house is maintained daily with general cleaning. Both pool and bath towels are provided. The property is a 7 minute drive to central Troncones and beach access a short walk.
