You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. We had a blessed Thanksgiving holiday at this condo. We loved the views and appreciated the unscented products stipulation and I am very sensitive to scents. The condo was well stocked and since we were out of town, we appreciated the towels and the linens provided. I had a question for the host and the call was immediately returned. We hope to return to this condo in the future.

The condo is nicely appointed with a fun beachy vibe. It was easy to relax with the beautiful view. They had everything we needed including towels, sheets, paper products, and soaps. The garage even had bikes and beach chairs. We loved the golf course right on the property as well as pool and tennis. The only thing I would improve on is the grill. It is perfect for 2 but if you are grilling for a family of 4 it was a little small. Otherwise everything was perfect.

This was a cute property and we enjoyed our stay. The scenery was tranquil and soothing - our favorite part. It was located about 15 minutes from the ocean. The community pool and hot tub were nice features too. It was a well-stocked property with all the essentials and more. Having the sheets supplies was super nice benefit. The only improvements I would make is a more comfortable sofa (cushions kept pushing out and a little dirty) and to clean the patio especially the screen debris. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very accommodating.

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Spring Getaway

My partner, sister and I spent 5 days in this beautiful condo in May of 2024. The condo was perfect for our needs with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and terrific views of the bay and marsh. The decor was most pleasant with lovely French poster art and cheerful colors. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The community is quiet and we enjoyed many walks. We did not get to take advantage of the community amenities because it was off season. We would definitely would like to rent this place again on our next trip to the Bethany Beach area.

Peaceful and beautiful!

The weather did not cooperate so it was nice that the property was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time just watching and listening to birds in the marsh. You could never really tire of that view! (Well I couldn't anyway!) Cozy and beautiful- I'd definitely stay again! Had many conveniences like cooking implements and even a washer and dryer. Great place!

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

Charming condo. Felt at home as soon as we entered. The condo was stocked with everything we needed with the exception of a tea kettle but we improvised.
