The beautiful community pool is a 1 minute walk from your front door.



The condo features a quiet water view of the pond, visible from the primary bedroom, living room, kitchen and porch where you will observe various wild life morning, noon, and night while you enjoy drinks or light snacks relaxing. The unit is completely up to date including streaming only smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The coffee pot is both K-cup and drip.



*Please request written permission for your pet. The $200 per pet per week fee will be added to your bill after you book. The fee will be $150 for a shorter stay.



This home offers two 1-person kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards for your use as well as vests and paddles. You can easily put in to the bay from the parking lot outside the home. The kayaks are in the parking lot next to the boat launch.



The beds for 6 people includes a king in the primary bedroom with attached private full bath and 2 twins in the second bedroom with a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has its own streaming only TV as does the living room. Please bring your Netflix, Hulu, Roku and other streaming passwords. There is no cable TV in this home.



**Please bring your own linens and towels. Pillows and blankets are provided**. If you prefer to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. The life vests and paddles are on the porch.



Bethany Bay features a wide range of wonderful amenities starting with the free, gorgeous community pool. Six pool passes are provided with your booking. The pool area includes ample lounges and umbrellas as well as a hot tub and children's pool. No life guards are on duty. Near the pool you will find tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts and a children's playground. Please bring your own gear. There is also a challenging 9 hole executive par three golf course with pull carts and electric carts. This golf course requires a fee. There is no access to a fitness room. Walking and biking paths with beautiful views of the bay, the bridge and wildlife throughout the community make for endless relaxation and light exercise. No grilling is allowed per the HOA.



Parking directly in front of the condo is free and ample. You will be able to pull right up. If you go downtown to the beach or boardwalk, or to any of the public beaches in the area, there is a parking fee. Mobile parking apps are available downtown and the meters also take credit cards. At the beaches, attendants take cash as well.



This home has a digital lock. Your specific code will be sent to you when you pay your balance.



In ADDITION TO THE ABOVE activities, Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. You receive one pass per activity, per home, per day, (not per person) in season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) including:
