Bethany Bay Beach Oasis, 4 Bed 3 bath, pool, golf, kayak, Ocean View

Welcome to my family's beach home, make yourself comfortable!She's a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath condo located in the beautiful, peaceful and amenity rich community of Bethany Bay. Beside views of nature EVERYWHERE, Bethany Bay is ON a 9 hole golf course and offers a pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, a small, private bay beach, boat ramp, tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, miles of walking/riding paths, a fishing/crabbing dock...I feel like I'm forgetting something...it has everything…

Condo entry is on the front porch, where you will enjoy eating at the wood table, which easily fits 8-12 people.
The main floor of the condo has a fully stocked kitchen with everything your family needs to cook and eat. The kitchen, complete with a new dishwasher and both drip and keurig coffee makers, houses the laundry closet that has full size washer/dryers.
The dining space and living room share an open floor plan. The large dining table comfortably seats 8, however we have 10 chairs and we frequently make that work! There's plenty of space for the whole family in the living room to either watch a movie or play a game.
The door to the back deck is in the living room and provides a great breeze through the screen door. The deck has a large couch that can fit all of your friends, as well a coffee table, to hold your mug when you're out there alone in the morning, enjoying peaceful views of the water.
The main floor has a full bathroom, accessible from the great room.
The Whale Room in on the first floor and has 2 twin beds. There's a smart TV and ample drawers for their clothes, as well as black out shades (because a parent can dream...).
The primary bedroom is also on the main floor. Sometimes you need your own little oasis, even while on vacation, and that's what this is. Peaceful and airy, the primary bedroom has a comfy king sized bed with all new furniture. There is also an en suite full bathroom.
Head upstairs and you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a large, full bathroom.
Room #3 has two double beds, a TV, dresser, black out shades and a big closet. There is also a door to the Jack and Jill style bathroom.
This is where you'll find the "just in case" closet that has everything you need "just in case"...shampoos, soaps, band-aids, paper towels, toilet paper, pads, a few sheets, etc. Please understand we stock this as frequently as we're able to, but we have to trust that our guests won't take more then what they need during their stay, as it can effect future guests.
The last space is Bedroom #4, which has a double bed, rocking chair/glider, TV, dresser and black out shades (and a perfect spot for a pack n play/portable crib)

Out front is our garage. This is where you can keep all the stuff you dont want to bring up or leave in your car, as well as all the fun stuff we have for your use- a charcoal grill (including charcoal and lighter fluid), a kayak/paddle/life vest, beach umbrella and chairs (including toddler size), beach toys/buckets, pickleball set, tennis balls, pool noodles, and so on....
Also out front is a hose for rinsing everything off after the beach or playing in the bay.

We have many books- for all ages- on shelves, as well as movies and games for you to enjoy.

Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor of a walk up building.
Absolutely no pets or smoking/vaping allowed due to family allergies. As with most DE beach house rentals, we are unable to provide linens. If you’d rather not bring your own, please ask, I have the names of a few rental companies.
