THINGS TO KNOW
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. Effective 1/1/26 – There is a year round Facilities Access Fee of $225.00 per reservation regardless of duration of stay. This will give you access to the clubhouse and amenities in the community. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay at least 10 days prior to check in via PayPal. Guest will receive a key FOB or code for access from the clubhouse at check-in. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged $100 for replacement.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
