The upper floor provides 2 bedrooms and 3 beds for guests with their own living quarters, bathroom and a bay view.

Fabulous master suite with fireplace and spa-inspired bath. There is a fire place next to the window nook.

The master bath is equipped with a self drying, jetted bath tub and walk in steam shower. If you’re needing more privacy the master bath also has a gentleman’s quarters with a separate shower, bathroom and closet.

Also, there is a freezer, fridge and coffee maker in the suite so you can spend your days relaxing in privacy.

On top of all of that, there’s a master walk in closet that connects to the private office.

The outdoor experience is majestic in its own right.

Patio area is a tropical oasis with expansive views of the bay.

You can enjoy early morning coffee under the covered patio.

At night enjoy wine and spirits with your guests around the gas fire pit that over looks the pool and the bay with unobstructed views.

There is an outdoor grill available for use.

With its own private dock, the home is perfect for the avid fisherman. The dock is equipped with lights for nighttime fishing, equipment will be provided.

There is a heated pool and jacuzzi.

Cruising bikes are provided so you can enjoy the historic neighborhood.
