Tiny Cottage - Steps to Downtown Fun & Dining!

Located blocks from downtown, indulge in the vibrant local scene with restaurants, boutiques, and lively bars. Enjoy a walk or golf cart ride to Mississippi beaches that are just 1.5 miles away.

Located just off the main road, this small and quaint private cottage features everything you need. A kitchen features all the basic cookware and dishes you need. 2 Roku TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom allow you to access your streaming accounts.

The rental includes a golf cart, but guests must be at least 21 and provide a valid driver’s license, proof of personal auto insurance, and a signed Rules & Waiver Agreement before check-in. No refunds will be made for failure to submit the documents before check-in.

You have exclusive access to the entire home. Parking is shared with properties in the development.

Located in downtown Ocean Springs, you are able to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and more. The beach is 1.5 miles and a pleasant walk through downtown. Also within the Ocean Springs golf cart district, you may chose to rent a golf cart to get around.

You will have parking available at your cottage. There are lots of great destinations within a mile walk or golf cart ride. Street parking is also available downtown(during certain events, the City of Ocean Springs may not allow street parking, but your parking spaces will always be available at the cottage).

You are located downtown which has a railroad that runs close by and where many neighboring establishments feature live music.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the patio. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. There will be up to a $350 additional cleaning fee billed to the guest for violation of this rule.

No cats allowed. 1 dog is permitted with pet fee and guest is responsible for providing a crate if you will be leaving your pet unattended in the home.
