We’re thrilled to have you stay at our cozy Ocean Springs retreat! To ensure a delightful experience for you, our neighbors, and future guests, we’ve put together a few friendly house rules. Thank you for helping us keep this space special!

Booking & Check-In: To finalize your booking and receive your front entry code, please sign the renter agreement. We’re happy to assist if you have any questions!

Cancellation Policy: We want to make things as smooth as possible:
Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.
For peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected events like hurricanes or road closures, as we’re unable to refund for weather or personal circumstances beyond our control.

Guest Limit & Gatherings: Our home comfortably hosts up to 7 guests. To keep things relaxed and respectful, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events.

Quiet Time: Our neighborhood is a peaceful gem! Please keep outdoor noise low between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our lovely neighbors.

Treat Our Home Like Yours: We’ve poured our hearts into making this a welcoming space. Please treat it with care, just as you would your own home—we know you will!

Pet-Free Zone: We adore furry friends, but at this time, pets are not allowed to keep our home allergy-friendly for all guests.

No Smoking: To keep our space fresh and clean, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Thank you for understanding!

Need a little flexibility? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate early arrivals or late check-outs when possible.

Wildlife & Trash: Our property neighbors a beautiful nature preserve, home to critters like raccoons! To keep them at bay, please securely bag all trash and place it in the provided garbage cans. No loose trash outside, please!

Accidents Happen: We totally get that mishaps can occur! If something accidentally gets damaged or broken, just let us know before check-out so we can address it kindly and promptly. Guests may be responsible for excessive cleaning or property damage.
