Experience tiny house living at it's best: small, yet spacious with all the necessities and a beautiful beach themed décor. These unique pet-friendly cottages are located in a quiet yet central area of town. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and most restaurants and shops. Relax in a private 2-story home with a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Designed for comfort and full of light, these studio cottages are perfect for a couple or a small family eager to spend quality time at the beach. Enjoy the sun on a private deck, watch deer passing by, take your dog out for a stroll along the beach!

Pest are allowed with a pet fee of $25/pet/night + tax. Please pay the pet fee via the link in confirmation email after booking if you want to add a pet to your reservation.

Enjoy your beach vacation at a beautiful newly constructed private home! Cozy and charming this place is perfect for family trips, romantic getaways and mini breaks from the big city's everyday life. With room up to 4, the space offers a queen size bed in the loft area and a convertible full size couch in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you might need for a perfect homemade meal. I am 74 and my husband is 68, we're active seniors. The ad does not emphasize the fact that the stairs to the loft bedroom is very very steep. We normally don't have a problem with stairs but these were impossible to climb safely especially when we get up several times during the night. We had sleep on the day bed which was very uncomfortable. Also the parking area was pretty small, but we managed. We received a complaint from a neighbor about the parking, but since the spaces aren't connected I don't understand how we interfered with their space. The drive is very narrow and you can only go one way. We will never stay here again.

Very clean- You can tell the cleaners are thorough, even walking the outside for garbage before the next guests arrived. Tea provided was appreciated. Clear communication, easy checkin, overall a lovely stay. Love the patio and patio furniture. Kind of noisey on patio from neighbor junk yard it seemed, but still enjoyable.

Cute cottage. The description of property did not mention the loft bedroom until the cottage was booked and paid for. The loft was 12 high stairs and very steep. Difficult for my partner who had back surgery 5 weeks ago. The short board walk to steps up to the front door had several rotten boards. Please fix those. The location was good.

This beach unit was just as described. The location was excellent and very quiet. The unit is small, but fine for a few days and only 3 of us. There was good storage space and lots of light in the unit. Bring your eye mask though if you want to sleep in as there was alot of light in the morning too even with the drapes drawn. Unit was very clean and bathroom and one bedroom are large. We didn’t use the TV or the stove, but all other appliances were good and helpful to have ( frig, microwave cooktop for tea). We brought our dogs and there was ample space for dog bed etc. One parking space was right outside the front door so easy packing in and out of the unit. We loved little ocean shores and will be back soon!

Very nice cottage just a couple blocks from the waterfront. Very well equipped apartment, comfortable bed and tastefully furnished. It was perfect for one night and we even prepared some food in the kitchen. Note the bed is in a loft with among the steepest staircases I have seen in an apartment. Stairtread height 10-11 inches. Not for folks with stability challenges or bad knees. Wasn’t an issue for us but to be aware.

Cool place with perfect location. Unfortunately our bedding didn’t get cleaned and the roof and gutters havn’t been well kept. Windows needed cleaning. Kitchen ware was not cleaned what so ever. Since we had to do our own laundry (sheets and blankets) when we got in, it took 4 hours with the washer dryer combo before we could go to bed. Honestly would recommend if it wasn’t for the lack of care. Quick customer service over text!

Quick Getaway to the Beach
