Recently updated, this gracious home next to the Pacific Ocean will encourage you put up your feet and let down your hair!

When you walk in, you'll find the great room with a comfortable sectional, chairs, gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the back deck and yard. Windows throughout the great room bring in tons of light and are also a feature of the master bedroom.

The updated kitchen has all the appliances you'll need - including a gourmet coffee maker, an air fryer and toaster oven. Plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware and even baking ware are here for you, as well. In addition to the dining area, with room to seat eight, there's a kitchen bar to handle a few more. It's also

Outside, the deck features a dining table, additional seating and a gas barbecue the grill master in your group will love. If you are a clamming enthusiast, there's an outdoor clam sink. There's also additional outdoor seating on the front porch, with a gas fire pit where you can sip an evening glass of wine while you watch the stars come out.

But let's not forget the recently remodeled game room, with games to entertain the whole crowd, including foos ball, basketball, retro arcade game, air hockey and gaming system. It's perfect for enjoying your day when the weather isn't perfect.

Three bedrooms offer a king-sized bed, two queens and a set of twin bunk beds. In the den, you'll also find a full-sized sofa sleeper. For the little ones, the owners have thoughtfully provided a pack-n-play and a stroller for your use.

The master suite features an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub, so welcome after a day at the beach. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. And there's also a powder room. Fluffy towels and bed linens are provided.

Dogs are welcome with our per pet, per night fee. Here again, the owners have provided for your furry friends. There is a pet (or kid) cleaning station with warm water where you can wash off the beach sand.

When booking any of our properties in Ocean City, you are just miles away from endless options for seaside activities. When bringing your friends or family along, we're sure that each and every one of you will find an adventure worth diving into.

Visiting during the warm weather? Get ready for the best time of the year to visit us. Ocean City is a great spot for bird watching and because the Pacific Northwest Coast is a popular stopover for a wide variety of migrating birds, you're likely to see some you're not familiar with.

Ocean Shores is also just a short drive away. You can rent a moped or bike and take a ride into town, where you'll find the main drag. Here you'll find locally hand-crafted meals served in the town's restaurants, as well as boutiques filled with souvenirs to take home!

The warmer days also mean horseback riding along the beach or whale watching tours, all within a short distance.

Want to head to the beach during Winter, too? That's not a problem! The views are just as beautiful and it's still a great getaway from your everyday life. The main drag is still just as active with bowling alleys, shops and galleries to keep you busy.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
