Welcome to Starfish Cottage! This exceptional pet-friendly 4BR/3BA home features 1,201 square feet of living space, including a newly renovated kitchen. Enjoy amazing ocean views and breezes from the open or covered back deck. The level you enter is charmingly elevated on stilts and is accessible via a lovely set of stairs, with a cozy garage tucked underneath. There's delightful decking off the back that invites you to the private swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire house, making it a wonderful getaway! Just a minute's walk to the beach!

LIVING AREA
Relax in a bright, charming living area with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Unwind with the family and watch a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV. Ocean views are available from almost any window in the home.

The fun continues downstairs with a newly added TV lounge and hangout space — the perfect spot to relax after a beach day, catch the big game, or spend time with family and friends. This home also includes the NFL Sunday Ticket package at no additional cost, so you won't miss your favorite teams all season long!

KITCHEN & DINING
The freshly renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked to accommodate all your favorite recipes. Sit down for a special dinner at the dining table with seating for six or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.

BED & BATH
The home sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms (king, king, queen, full-size, and twin). Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An additional full bath off the main living area provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Rock the day away on the large front deck while enjoying the ocean breeze and beautiful views of Ocean Isle. The back porch offers both covered and uncovered areas where you can enjoy a drink or a light meal while admiring the ocean vistas.

The pool area has been designed as the ultimate outdoor hangout space, complete with a gas grill, hammock, picnic table, and plenty of room to relax poolside with family and friends. Whether you're grilling dinner, watching the kids swim, or enjoying an afternoon nap in the hammock, this backyard retreat is perfect for making vacation memories.

Take advantage of the private unheated pool, fenced backyard, and outdoor shower — ideal for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, NFL Sunday Ticket, a washer/dryer, as well as board and card games. Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted.

We loved the cottage feel and it had everything, we went there after my Dad passed away and took my Mom and daughter, brother and her boyfriend... super clean and, you are practically on the Ocean, very nice pool.. Great little cottage

We come to Ocean Isle every summer. This was the first time staying at this location. The house was clean and the perfect size for my family. We very much enjoyed the pool! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation!

We loved this cottage and it was perfect for our family. It was well stocked, extremely clean and a one minute walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained. Further, we had some damage from a storm and Vacasa was there within hours to take care of the problem.

Great Property

The property was in a great location on Ocean Isle. It was great to see and hear the waves from the balcony. The private pool was a great place to hangout during our stay. The property was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen had all of the appliances and utensils that we needed. Perfect location for a beach get away.

Perfect vacation home!

Starfish cottage has beautiful views, a great layout. It was clean and spacious - well stocked - we loved the thoughtful touches & multiple decks to see the ocean views. 4 good sized bedrooms were just what our crowd needed. We enjoyed the grill and gorgeous pool deck with sun, shade and a great outdoor shower! The dogs were safe and enjoyed being poolside too!

Home away from home!

The Starfish Cottage has become a home away from home! I have rented this house many times, and each stay gets better and better. The owners take great pride in continually making upgrades, including to flooring, painting, new bathroom fixtures, and most recently, all new kitchen appliances. The location and views can't be beat. Will be visiting again soon!

Family vacay

Other than Debby sending us home early we had a great stay. This house is positioned perfectly between the beach and the road. Beach access is two houses down and very easy to get too. The house is very cozy and fit 6 adults comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinners easily.

Great location!

This was the perfect house for our New Year’s family trip. The house was just as described. It is well stocked with everything you will need. It is located far enough away from the main town center so traffic is reduced. Being on the ocean side is nice so you can enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. Will definitely come back!!

The house was just as described. Loved the location and ease of being near a walkway. The pool was great and enjoyed by all. The manager was prompt to respond to a problem we had. We weren’t able to get into the property until an hour or so after the check in time because it wasn’t ready. Only negative!

Everything we needed

This house was perfect and well kept. It was clean and met all our needs. The pool was so nice and enjoyed by my family. It was nice to have all the pool toys and floats available. Plenty of board games, even a corn hole game and yard size connect four. We reserved for 2025 so we are all set. You will have no regrets with this beach home!

Old Guys Golf Trip

House was great and met our needs. Property is as advertised and outside area was an additional delight. The nice deck is great to hang out in the sun, but also a nice table / chairs under a roof overhang that provides shade. While we did not use the pool as the weather in April was just a tad cool for us, it looked great and another great area to enjoy. Very satisfied and would rent again as well as recommend to all needing a 4 br house w/3 bathrooms..

Wonderful stay

Beautiful property with wonderful ocean views including direct sunrise on ocean horizon. Wonderful spot for dogs as they have fence around backyard and upper deck. Garage is nice and big and pool was nice and clean. Beach chairs and toys were available. House was clean and cozy with board games and puzzles. Towards the end so less traffic and people on the beach. Beach access beside house is closed so a little walk but not bad. Overall we will go back
