POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE (Sept 15th-May 15th) FOR $100/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED, Plus Taxes & Fees). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

This home features 5 beautifully designed bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. One highlighted room is the bunk room that features 4 Queen beds: perfect for teens or adults! Whether you're gathering with extended family or vacationing with friends, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax in comfort. The gorgeous modern kitchen showcases the ocean front view and makes family meals something special. An additional half bath is located on the first floor for added convenience.

Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway. Rear cameras are covered, only used during off season vacancies. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces.

HOUSE RULES:

- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
