Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean as you relax on your private balcony. Truly the best location on the island! This villa sits in the best location inside the Islander Villa community. Completely unobstructed view of the ocean and 100 steps to the ocean and pool! Room for 3-4 cars in the covered and uncovered driveway. You can also RENT a golf cart for a fun trip into town. Pool and Hot tub are only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

Family Vacation

The unit was great, close location to the community center and beach access, great view from our deck where drank coffee every morning. We had everything we needled to make dinner which we did one night. Close to Publics which I made several visits to lol. The property manager answered any questions I had promptly before our trip which I really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family friendly place

We had a great stay at the paradise villa. Accommodated 6 adults, 4 children 4 yo and under & 2 dogs no problem. Everything we needed was already there. Great ocean views and very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Spring Break Perfection

My family of four along with our two dogs escaped to this ocean view retreat for spring break. It’s a true gem that is equipped with literally everything! It was windy and quite chilly during our time there, however the deck offered protection from the wind making it feel much warmer than being on the beach. The view is lovely. There are both stairs and an elevator making transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. It’s very quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors during our stay. It is an easy walk to both the beach and the tennis courts. The beach club and pool were closed due to the timing of our trip. The property was immaculately clean! Nice, fluffy towels. Gina was our contact person. She was amazing! She texted the day of check in to let me know she was available for any concerns or questions. She was so pleasant and helpful. Check in details were sent prior to our arrival and easy to follow. There were plenty of towels, extra (freshly cleaned) blankets and pillows. Hand soaps at every sink, a good starter kit in the kitchen, a good supply of toilet paper. There were even basic spices, cooking sprays, wraps. I felt like I was staying in a friend’s home. So many little details were considered. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Gina left a beautiful bouquet of daisies and a thoughtful note, which was above and beyond a welcoming sight. The bouquet lasted our entire stay. I just cannot say enough about this property. We definitely plan to return!

Relaxing Girls Weekend

Spent the weekend with my daughter, sister in law, future daughter in law and two friends to relax before my son’s April wedding. This condo was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations The unobstructed view of the ocean was amazing. Tommy & Gina were easy to communicate with and they responded immediately when I had questions. I will definitely book another trip soon.
