Downstairs, the first bedroom has a queen. This bedroom has a private bath with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. This bedroom has a private bath with a tub shower. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double bottom - twin top) and a private bath with shower only. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with shower only.
This property proudly features a private floating dock, private pool with security fencing, Enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower. The canal-side deck is covered and the outdoor dining area off the dining room is screened.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Secure Wireless Internet, Ceiling Fans, Poolside Chairs and bar, Golf Cart outlet to charge your golf cart on ground level. This property provides cable service. For your additional enjoyment, streaming on five Smart TVs may be accessed with guest's own accounts. All new air conditioning system for 2025.
This property has keyless entry.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
