OUR SPACE
Immerse in coastal bliss at our 2BR, 2BA condo with ocean views. Featuring a spacious, open design with a calming coastal vibe, it's perfect for relaxation. The master boasts a comfortable king bed and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen and bunk beds, ideal for kids. The large dining table and huge sectional sofa cater to meals and movie marathons alike. Essentials like a washer/dryer, clean linens, towels, and starter supplies (coffee included!) ensure a hassle-free stay. With Roku smart TVs, a treasure of games, and books, entertainment is at your fingertips. Enjoy a carefree beach vacation with every detail catered for your comfort.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire condo (with the exception of two small privately locked closets), our storage unit with beach gear, community pool and grilling areas.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Our condo is just one mile from the Ocean Isle beach Pier, mini-golf & park with a splash pad and playground. Enjoy everything Ocean Isle beach has to offer year round:

SUMMER - Friday night concerts, movies in the park, Tuesday outdoor markets, mini-golf, diverse dining options, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, Museum of Coastal Carolina, and abundant fishing opportunities. This family-friendly island is brimming with enjoyable activities!

FALL - Avoid the crowds and unwind, taking advantage of all the benefits the off-season brings! Ocean Isle Beach is host to the annual NC Oyster Festival every October.

WINTER - If it is solitude you seek, this is the season for you! Extended stay Snowbirds welcome Nov-Feb - Message for discounted rates.

SPRING - Relish in the rising temperatures and the serene beaches.

GOLF - A golfer’s paradise! Over 100 courses within a 30 mile radius.

As one of the premier NC Brunswick beaches, Ocean Isle Beach is a 50-minute drive to Wilmington and within 45 minutes of both Southport and Myrtle Beach, where you can explore an array of attractions, indulge in shopping and golf, savor delectable dining experiences, and immerse yourself in the local ambiance.

We are part of an HOA and have important rules to be mindful of:
-Pets are NOT allowed
-There is NO SMOKING in our unit or anywhere on the Sandvillas property premises
-Golf carts, boats or trailers are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas parking lot
-Community pool is open from April-October. Rules are posted and should be followed by ALL guests to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Our pool is not heated or lit, so no swimming after dark per state law.

Our condo is on the second floor, up four short flights of stairs. Please Note: We do NOT have an elevator.

The property was in a great location. Only issue's that were noticed were in the master bedroom. It looks like a roof leak that damaged the wall by the doorway. And the ducts have tons of dust and mold on the ac vents. But we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely time at this cute & cozy condo! Enjoyed the comfy sectional sofa, pretty coastal decor, rocking chairs on the balcony, the pool and the bikes. The location near the public beach access is so convenient! Was so nice to have the linens towels and beach towels provided. All communications were clear and helpful.

Chill getaway

Another great getaway in OIB and we loved staying at Driftwood Oasis! The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed! Check-in was super easy and communication with the owner was great. Loved that we had a washer and dryer in the condo, made life so much easier! The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed especially because we stayed in and cooked most of the days. The only thing I would have like to have (although I could have asked about ahead of time) was large plastic cups to take drinks to the pool. Also, having a pool was great and it wasn't ever crowded. I will definitely be booking Driftwood Oasis again in the future!!

Amazing family vacation!

We had the best beach vacation in Ocean Isle! This condo was perfect for four adults and a 10 month old. The location couldn’t be any better! The kitchen had all we needed and the starter set of necessities was much appreciated! Beach chairs, towels, and linens made for care free packing! Jennifer and Tom were great host! Would absolutely stay here again. It truly is an Oasis!

Great spot for relaxation!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. We loved that our hosts had things already there like kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, ice, and coffee pods for the Keurig, making it nice upon arrival and no rush to the grocery store. Would highly recommend this unit.

Outstanding location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Jennifer was very responsive to our questions and we found the unit exactly as described. It was especially nice that sheets, towels, beach gear and bikes were provided. The unit also had a bit of an ocean view and a beach access walkway just across the street. We would rent again. Memories Made Easy

We loved the proximity to beach with our family of 5, and the ability to utilize their beach items and bikes meant we saved time and money packing or renting gear! Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool while my husband and I relaxed poolside. Property has a nice covered porch with ocean views that we used throughout our weekend stay. We were able to make great memories and will return!

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was very clean,and beautifully decorated. The owners were so nice and quick to respond to any messages. The walk to the beach was short, and we loved hearing the ocean waves from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Jennifer is the consummate host. Responded to every inquiry quickly and thoroughly. The condo has everything. I mean everything. Only drawback was no weather guarantee !! Ha. Seriously, I can’t imagine a better experience. We will be back.
